This iconic, rare black lacquer Elsa Peretti buckle was done early in her career as a jewelry designer. We're not sure if it was done for Tiffany & Co, or earlier when she was designing jewelry for Halston. Fabulous versatile vintage genuine lizard box bag in navy, with beautiful Art Deco revival two tone gold- and silvertone hardware, and a long shoulder strap which hinges down into the bag, allowing it to be used as a clutch. Fun purse by Maya! It could be a miniature Gateway computer box with its cowhide look.
