Here is a collar-style necklace with a great modernist look by Ed Levin, who died in 2008. It is set with a cabochon amethyst, and made of a gilded metal. The result is a coppery finish; inside the collar is Levin’s name in script letters and ‘Bronze.’ The well-designed collar is quite comfortable and lies nicely at the base of the neck. It measures 3/8 inch at the front, its widest area, and about 14 inches inside circumference.

Typical of Patrice beautiful design, both the necklace and the earrings are worthy of being owned by any collector of fine things. Formed as logs entwined with vines and flowers, these cuff links have a Victorian sensibility, but bear the Krakow assay mark for .800 silver, dated 1986-present. There is an unidentified maker’s mark of ZL. The logs are hollow. The marks have been struck on the smaller anchor bars. The longer sides measure about 1 ¼ inches long and about ¼ inch in diameter. Early vintage signed Monies necklace with four strands of graduated carved horn beads in variegated colors, with matching hook clasp. The beads are strung on monofilament. Vintage Christian Lacroix at his best. The photos don't do these earrings justice. The blue stones are half way between a peacock and a royal blue---very intense but still very vivid..
