A wonderful pair of Yves Saint Laurent long drop earrings. They are made of black galalith with patinated brass studs. The slightly indented bow and leaves are decorated with gilt paint. The earrings are 4 1/4" (11.1cm) long and are 7/8" (2.8cm) at the widest point. They have tight clip-earring backs and are incised YSL on the back of the larger oval. The brass could be polished if you choose, but we like the slight sign of age...

This grape design is sometimes called Moonlight Grapes. An early Georg Jensen design (1920s), it was updated slightly in 2010, including giving individual grapes more heft. There are three especially large ones at the top of the bunch. Designed by Harald Nielsen, it measures 1.5in wide x 2.75in long (4cm x 7cm). I bought it in 2000 and it’s in excellent condition, almost never worn.

This Roberto Cavalli bracelet has large rough chunks of amethyst set in gilt silver and joined by gold links. The bracelet is 7 1/2" (19.5 cm) long and a hair over 2 1/2" (6.8 cm) wide. Each chunk is a slightly different size. On average, they are each 1" (3cm) by 3/4" (2.3 cm). It is signed Roberto Cavalli Made in Italy on the two halves of the clasp. Vintage YSL gun metal color giant link bracelet. The link with the clasp is cast , but the rest are made up of overlapping circles that make each link full of movement. Stretched straight the bracelet measures 10 1/2" (27 cm) long, but that number is deceptive. The links, themselves, are dimensional and take up a lot of space.
