an elegant desk top item, this is a decorative American sterling silver dish having a repousse rim of flowers and scrollwork, center monogram McC, mark on base resembles a griffin, possibly A. L. Beautiful, very large hand enameled vase by either Moser or Mont Joye. I'm not sure which, as I have seen vases like this attributed to both makers. This one is quite large - 15 3/4" tall x 6" wide at its widest. It is beautifully enameled with purple and white iris on one side, and all white iris on the other. The glass itself is lightly ribbed vertically, and there is gold iris decoration bordering the top, center and bottom. It is in perfect condition.

This purse / thimble holder has good lustre to the mother of pearl. Hinge closed securely. It is 2" long x 1" in diameter x 1 1/2" closed diameter.

A happily little soul evidently getting much pleasure from the clashing together two metal pot lids. She kneels with her feel tucked under, and her "cymbals" are held on high for maximum effect. Her cheeks are dimpled, her eyes are blue, and she wears a close-fitting brown bonnet, held in place under her chin by a huge pink-brown bow; her curled light brown hair can be seen at her forehead and cheeks...

This porcelain vase with bronze mounts was produced in France at Sevres in 1921. It is double marked and is authentic. It has an artist’s signature, O. Mancelin. The vase is 4 1/4 inches tall. It has a diameter of 4 inches. The porcelain is fitted with bronze on the mouth and foot. It has a unique, bulbous shape, almost like a gourd. The decoration on the deep cobalt blue ground is a pattern of raised white French enamel with gilded accents. They are stylized with a flower-like form...

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen in the mid 20th century. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The cup features an entwined branch handle. Both pieces are expertly hand painted with realistic flowers that are brightly colored. The cup and saucer have matching flowers. The rims are trimmed with gold. Condition: Excellent. This is a first quality set.

Large Splatter glass vase for Hadeland (Norway) designed by Gro Bergslien. Vase is a combination of opalescent glass, splattered with blocks and networks of colors in yellow, rust, greens, and pinks, cased in clear glass. There are also embedded bubbles, adventurine, and mica spangles. The vase is 6.5 inches (16.5 cm) tall and 7.75 inches (19.7 cm) in diameter. Marked on base Hadeland GroB in script. Fire polished pontil mark. No chips, cracks or repairs. Circa 1970.
