These glass tear catchers or weeping bottles were for saving tears of grief. Such blown glass receptacles were placed on dressing tables, and on the first anniversary of the death, the tears were poured over the grave. This bottle is 7 3/8" long by 9/16" in diameter.

These perfume bottles have no marks other than the paper labels which indicate they are Irving W. Rice & Co imports. However, these stoppers were found in an illustration of Irving W. Rice & Co of New York catalog from 1935.

This Fenton milk Glass hobnail covered candy was produced between 1972 and 1990. It does have the logo on both pieces and is in excellent condition. It measures 6.5 inches wide and, with cover, is 6.5" tall.

This vase was produced by the Consolidated Glass Company as part of the Martele line. Designed by Reuben Haley, the vase was produced in the late 1920's. The vase is listed in the Consolidated catalog as the #2753 Pine-Cone vase, and measures 6 1/2 inches high. The pattern is called 'Five fruits' and is one of Consolidated's scarce tableware lines. The set is listed in the Consolidated catalog as #2578tray and #2579 sundae. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the #1122 2 1/2 oz footed cordial or whiskey tumbler in emerald green. Tumblers are very difficult to find in this pattern, so get them while you can.
