A delicately modelled hand painted figure group made by the Herend Porcelain Manufactory, Hungary, during the 1950s or the 1960s. Condition: excellent - no losses and no restoration. 19cm (7.5 inches) high; 14cm (5.5 inches) across.

This porcelain figural group was produced in Germany by Hutschenreuther in the 1940s. It measures 9 inches long and 5 1/4 inches high. It has an inscribed artist's name, K. Tutter, in the base. The subject matter of this group is quite comical. A naked cherub is fleeing from the attack of an angry goose. The little fellow is just "barely" getting away. The porcelain is modeled with great delicacy. The hand painting ads charm and detail. Condition: Excellent.

American Rockingham, the ware for which Bennington, Vermont became famous in the mid 19th century, is English in origin and name for the Marquis of Rockingham, whose works at Swinton produced a ware similar brownish color. The pottery itself is cream colored or yellow ware that is dipped in or spattered with a brown glaze before firing.

This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory or KPM in 1925. The date letter indicates this year. The plate has a diameter of 9 ¾”. It has a finely reticulated border, all outlined with gold. The center of the plate is hand painted with a scene of the 13th century fortress at Godesberg, Germany. It is painted in monochrome shades of red rust color. There is a garland of roses encircling the border with gold leaves and stems...

This really pretty China 9 1/4 inch Pie Server with a Pink Floral decoration and gold trim on the serving end and handle, we believe was made by Harker. An elegant pair of Chinese Princess figurines designed by Barbara Loveday for Goldscheider porcelain for the New Jersey firm which operated from 1938-1950. Goldscheider began in Austria in 1885 where it operated until 1938 when Walter and Marcell Goldscheider emigrated from Austria to the United States and United Kingdom respectively...

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Hungary by the Herend Factory between 1950 and 1970. The saucer is 4 1/2 inches in diameter and 3/4 inches deep. The cup is 2 inches high. The set is made of fine quality porcelain. There is a basket-weave motif molded into the porcelain. The rim of the cup is scalloped. It is decorated with a form of “pink onion” design in raspberry color. The pattern is quite intricate and is accented with gold...

This Stangl round vegetable bowl is 8" in diameter. There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs to this item. However, there are 2 "glaze skips" on the rim of the bowl.

This porcelain monkey was produced in Denmark by Royal Copenhagen in 1964. The marking indicated this year. It is initialed by the artist Niels Nielsen. It measures 5 inches high and is 3 inches wide. The artist portrays a female monkey in a serene pose. She looks contented, sleepy and apparently pregnant. The modeling is well done and captures the character of our distant relative. She is hand painted in a naturalistic manner. Condition: Exellent first quality.

These four Minton Gold Ancestral dessert plates (#S 595) are quite handsome indeed. Each are marked on the back and also each has the Minton imprint. The brown-red transfer decoration of flowers and leaves is painted with turquoise and pink enamel to accent the flowers. Each plate is trimmed in gold and is in excellent condition. A Maling Peony 6504A large 10-7/8" centerpiece bowl from the 1930s. This English pottery bowl is fully hand painted in cobalt blue with red, purple, yellow and blue peony flowers with green leaves and brown branches. It has the Maling stamp in use from 1934~1940 and it stands 2-3/8" high on its three feet. A great looking addition to your table or collection. This lovely majolica style display piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, losses, damage or repairs...

This is a lovely 18th century Japanese Arita (we think) blue and white porcelain plate, bearing a peach mark and surrounded by bats, good luck signs; decorated with bands of stylized cloud forms and flowers; rim chips; 7 3/8".

Eight(8) Czechoslovakia Porcelain Bread and Butter plates(6 1/4" diameter), plus three(3) saucers5 3/4" diameter) and One(1) Tea Cup, with Floral design. Marked on the bottom "EPIAG", "Czechoslovakia) in green. The condition is good.

This porcelain chocolate cup and saucer was produced in England by Mintons before 1920. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/4 inches and the cup is 3 1/8 inches high without the handle. The set is made of fine, white bone china. The cup has an Empire style handle that rises above the rim of the cup. The cup flares at the rim and tapers towards the middle giving it a graceful quality. The set is decorated with delicate, flowing art nouveau flowers...
