This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Shelley before 1950. The numbers 1301/101 are on the bottom. This may be a pattern identification. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 1/4 inches high. The porcelain is fine, white bone china. The cup is can shaped. The set has an overlay of gilding which covers all of the white area on each piece. It is reminiscent of chintz...
Black transferware on cream Wedgwood porcelain plates of jungle animals. The plates were made from hand engravings by the Wedgwood School of Engraving. The border was designed the wife of James Stevenson-Hamilton, the first warden of Kruger National Park. In excellent condition, they measure 10.75 inches in diameter.

Six(6) English Crown Staffordshire Porcelain Demitasse Cups and Saucers, cup-1 1/4" high, 2 1/8" diameter-top rim and saucer-3/4" high, 4 7/8" diameter with Primrose design, marked "Crown Staffordshire, Made in England" in green and name of pattern is "Maytime" in brown on the bottom. One(1) cup has old glaze hairline across the bottom continue to top rim and small frit on the rim outside but I did not see any hairline inside the cup.
Vintage demitasse cup and saucer by Royal Doulton in the "Reynard the Fox" pattern. The saucer measures approximately 4.5" in diameter and the cup measures approximately 2.5" tall and 2 1/8" in diameter across the base. It has a riding crop detail for the handle that stretches around the base. The fox and crop detail are slightly raised and beautifully hand-painted. The set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing.

This porcelain demitasse set for 8 was produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1955. The mark contains the date cipher for that year. The set consists of a demitasse pot and 8 cups and saucers. The pot is 8 3/4 inches high and 6 1/2 inches from the spout to the handle. The cup is 2 1/4 inches high and the saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches. The porcelain is bone china with an ivory hue. This is a wonderful hand painted cottageware /cottage ware biscuit jar, biscuit barrel or cookie jar made by Price Brothers, Kensington, Staffordshire England. This item is from the 1940s and is marked Ye Olde Cottage. The shape is a thatched cottage with it's original rattan handle. It is 7" tall without the handle x 5" deep x 6" wide. These is a flake on the inside rim.
