These 10 porcelain plates were produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1932. They have the date cipher that indicates this year. The plates have a diameter of 9 1/2 inches. They are made of fine bone china and have a slightly scalloped edge. The ground color is cobalt blue with a lacy fern type gilding over it. The centers of each plate have hand paint bouquets of flowers in bright colors. The plates are signed by the Worcester artist, Townsend. No two plates are exactly the same...

Black transferware on cream Wedgwood porcelain plates of jungle animals. The plates were made from hand engravings by the Wedgwood School of Engraving. Vintage demitasse cup and saucer by Royal Doulton in the "Reynard the Fox" pattern. The saucer measures approximately 4.5" in diameter and the cup measures approximately 2.5" tall and 2 1/8" in diameter across the base. It has a riding crop detail for the handle that stretches around the base. The fox and crop detail are slightly raised and beautifully hand-painted. The set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
