A classic Art Deco porcelain water jug advertising Ricard Anisette. In the south of France, tradition dictates that Ricard and other anise-flavored spirits be drunk with a side of water. Makers such as Ricard and Pernod provided advertising pitchers to local bars to increase their sales. This globe form is the classic shape from the first half of the 20th century. The bottom is marked "Ateliers de Céramique Ricard/Made In France".

This porcelain demitasse set was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in 1930. The marking was used for this year. The set consists of a pot measuring 8 inches high with the lid, a sugar bowl with lid that is 6 inches across the handle and 3 1/2 inches high, a cream pitcher that measures 3 3/4 inches high and 6 cups that are 1 1/2 inches high and 6 saucers with a diameter of 4 1/8 inches. Aldo Londi for Bitossi: a circular stoneware bowl, covered all over with Lava glaze, full of “volcanic” effects in intense shades of yellowish-green and orange. This pattern is also seen in vases, boxes etc. from Bitossi. Aldo Londi was the artistic leader of this renown Italian ceramic company. Marked 3030/564 (?) and Italy. A large, heavy, green glazed stoneware vase made by Trevor Corser at Leach Pottery, St Ives, Cornwall. Condition: excellent - no damages and no restoration. 27cm (10.5 inches) high. Weight: 3.5 kg (7lb 11.5oz)

Studio vase by Mobach in Utrecht, 1950's or 60's. Of sturdy shape, the mouth-rim elegantly thin, the thick and irregularly running glaze in subtle shades of grey, pink and beige. Impressed mark "Mobach, Utrecht". Height "4½/ 11,5 cm. Condition: fine.

This is one of a set of three French majolica plates, 20th century, two marked "P-V" and "France", the other incised "Made in France", all stamped "26947", molded in relief with grapes and grapevines in a central reserve; good coloration; Overall condition very good, one has small chip on rim base, no cracks or paint flakes; 8" diam.

There are no chips, no cracks, no hairlines, and no repairs to this item. This item is in excellent condition.

A small double handled small pot or jar by Robert Picault in French Vallauris. Geometric decoration in blue and white, c. 1960. Width including handles "5¼/ 13 cm, height "1¾/ 4,5 cm. Condition: fine.

This rare and early example of the superb pottery of Ingrid and Erich Triller (TOBO) measures 9 3/4" tall and is 4 1/5" in diameter. On the underside of the foot is painted Triller Tobo. The incredible glaze is a complex of browns and oranges. Excellent condition. There is a very minor glaze eruption (done in manufacture) on the inside of the upper rim, which does not detract at all from the beauty and importance of this great vase. (See photos).

This porcelain figural group was produced in Denmark by Royal Copenhagen in 1946. It has the number 1228 incised on the bottom. It is 7 1/4 inches high, 6 1/4 inches long, and 3 inches wide at the base. The fellow riding the goat is taken from the Hans Christian Anderson stories. This piece is cold painted in lifelike enamel paint by hand. The colors are rich and vibrant. This is a first quality porcelain in excellent condition.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Hungary by the Herend Factory between 1950 and 1970. The saucer is 4 1/2 inches in diameter and 3/4 inches deep. The cup is 2 inches high. The set is made of fine quality porcelain. There is a basket-weave motif molded into the porcelain. The rim of the cup is scalloped. It is decorated with a form of “pink onion” design in raspberry color. The pattern is quite intricate and is accented with gold...

This Royal Doulton plate is 10 1/4" in diameter. This plate is crazed. If you have the patience all of the crazing will come out. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs to this item.
