A classic Art Deco porcelain water jug advertising Ricard Anisette. In the south of France, tradition dictates that Ricard and other anise-flavored spirits be drunk with a side of water. Makers such as Ricard and Pernod provided advertising pitchers to local bars to increase their sales. This globe form is the classic shape from the first half of the 20th century. The bottom is marked "Ateliers de Céramique Ricard/Made In France".

This porcelain demitasse set was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in 1930. The marking was used for this year. The set consists of a pot measuring 8 inches high with the lid, a sugar bowl with lid that is 6 inches across the handle and 3 1/2 inches high, a cream pitcher that measures 3 3/4 inches high and 6 cups that are 1 1/2 inches high and 6 saucers with a diameter of 4 1/8 inches. This rare and early example of the superb pottery of Ingrid and Erich Triller (TOBO) measures 9 3/4" tall and is 4 1/5" in diameter. On the underside of the foot is painted Triller Tobo. The incredible glaze is a complex of browns and oranges. Excellent condition. There is a very minor glaze eruption (done in manufacture) on the inside of the upper rim, which does not detract at all from the beauty and importance of this great vase. (See photos).
This porcelain figural group was produced in Denmark by Royal Copenhagen in 1946. It has the number 1228 incised on the bottom. It is 7 1/4 inches high, 6 1/4 inches long, and 3 inches wide at the base. The fellow riding the goat is taken from the Hans Christian Anderson stories. This piece is cold painted in lifelike enamel paint by hand. The colors are rich and vibrant. This is a first quality porcelain in excellent condition.

The set is made of fine quality porcelain. There is a basket-weave motif molded into the porcelain. The rim of the cup is scalloped. It is decorated with a form of “pink onion” design in raspberry color. The pattern is quite intricate and is accented with gold...
This Royal Doulton plate is 10 1/4" in diameter. This plate is crazed. If you have the patience all of the crazing will come out. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs to this item.
