Large three-legged stoneware dish of asymmetrical shape with a carved and enameled non-figural motif in yellow, blue, red and green on white. The three legs articulated in white against a black background. 1950's, unsigned, in the style of Kostanda, Rivier, Fidler or Derval. Width "12/ 30 cm, height "2¾/ 7 cm. Condition: two of the legs restuck (cf. last photo).
Pair of snail dishes by Robert Picault in French Vallauris. Decoration in green and brown, each dish intended for half a dozen snails. Pierced handles to allow for the dishes to be exposed on the kitchen wall. Marked RP. Width "8¼/ 21 and "8½/ 21,5 cm. Condition: fine.

French Majolica plate by Cerenne, Vallauris, 1950's. Relief moulded and brightly painted decoration of sea food, the animals forming reserves for six oysters. Charles René Roger Neveux ("Cerenne" = CRN) was the leader of one of the most popular ceramic studios in Vallauris. Diameter "10/ 25,5 cm. Condition: a few minimal chips and a small restoration to the rim as seen on photo.
