A silver spoon, the shape of traditional Russian type with a long handle and egg-shaped gilt bowl, the modernist pattern pointing towards the 1960’s. Russian (Soviet era) hallmark 875 with star and Cyrillic B plus another mark with the letters B and Yu. Weight 38 grams, length "6½/ 16,5 cm. Condition: a few scratch marks to the bowl.

A very elegant Art Deco cranberry-cut-to-clear crystal cocktail shaker. The glass is very clear and quite heavy. The style of cutting suggests Val Saint-Lambert as the most likely maker. The shaker is finished with a silverplate strainer and cap.
Origin: probably Belgium, ca. 1925. Condition: excellent, no chips or cracks, very minor plating loss on cap. Dimensions: 9" tall.
This charming stylized Murano glass poodle is made with uranium glass and complimented with a generous distribution of gold aventurine. My colleague in Murano, the maestro Franco Schiavon, looked at the photos of this puppy and said "bello, Seguso or Barbini"! The poodle is in excellent condition, 7.5"h x 2.5"w x 3"d. unmarked

This extremely unusual sculptural item is made of solid, clear glass with internal red and green inclusions. It is unsigned, but possibly by Fulvio Bianconi for Cenedese, circa 1950s. In the 1950s, Bianconi, who is best known for his creations for Venini, designed a series of objects for Cenedese in which he "drew" with multicolored glass threads in colorless glass. The distinctive color scheme and bold experimentation of this non-functional item makes Bianconi a likely designer...
