This lovely sterling brush has a marquise-shaped porcelain insert with a blue and white Dutch windmill scene. It was manufactured by the Alvin Manufacturing Company of Providence, Rhode Island. A Philip & Kelvin Laverne Etruscan round dining or center table in patinated bronze and pewter.
