It is 6.3 inches (16 cm) tall without stand by and 3.4 inches (8.75 cm) wide. It is 404.5 gram without stand.

A fine jade pendant carved with lions in the archaistic style, Ming or later periods.

Finely worked piece with high relief details in the type of brownish celadon jade, popular during Ming period, but possible made as a later revival piece, we're not certain.

Size: 57 mm. long.

Condition: Extremely fine, patinated.

This is a real jade (hard stone) carving of Cicadas pendant, it is a symbol of purity in chinese culture over thousands of years, it is very nice and simple works of art. In good condition except some small chips caused by wear and age, it is from circa 1920s and can be much earlier than that, please ask for detail photos.
