A good antique, 19th century, circa 1850 A.D. Superb quality, Indian Mughal finely hand painted, on organic wafer, miniature painting depicting the Islamic Mughal Red Fort (Lal Qalʿah) in Delhi, built by Shah Jahan in the mid-17th century A.D.

The painting is set under glass in an oval silver frame mounted in beautifully carved solid ebony wood frame carved with floral decoration with a suspension loop.

A large antique 19th century Indian Hindu temple puja bell or Ghanta the janus handle with figures of the monkey God Hanuman and Garuda. The bowl engraved with two elephants and zebu bull and floral pattern and scrolls.

CONDITION: Showing age and usage, handle slightly bent the figures appear to be well worn from ritual use and handling with nice old patina. In working order - sounds good!

Antique Ottoman Islamic leather wallet, 18th century, Turkey. The wallet is rectangular in shape with a flap opening. The light brown morocco leather is embroidered with trailing floral motifs in gilt silver thread. The flap is secured by two gilded filigree stylized rosette clasps. The back of the wallet is decorated with interlocked initials "BJ" amongst trailing floral motifs. This is a highly unique and rare antique Japanese dirk that dates back to the late Edo Period. It features an old Koto samurai tanto dagger blade with a signature inscribed on the tang. The signature is attributed to the swordsmith "Kaneyoshi" from Mino Province. The blade is from the early Muromachi period (Ouei era), which was approximately 600 years ago.
