These C1650--1700 eating utensils were found in 1935 by James A. Hanson near Fort Ligonier, Westmoreland County, PA who donated them to the former Museum of the Fur trade, acquired by Dr. John F. Neil from Glenshaw, PA who sold them to the well-known Charles "Sonny" Atikinson from Mayville, KY who sold to Tom Davis. I purchased from Tom Davis on 7-25-92. The meat skewer with spiral twisted handle ending in complete circular ring was found near Gallegos Trading Post site, San Juan County, New Mexico. The fork is 7 1/2". All have beautiful exceptional patina.
