This hard cover coffee table book is tight and clean however the dust jacket is tattered. A small stain is also at the bottom of the front beige linen board. Wonderful B&W photos that capture that period in time.

Aspen Court: A story of Our Own Time" by Shirley Brooks. Published in 1860 by W.A. Townsend & Co, NY. Brown textured boards that show some wear especially at the corners. Light foxing, and the front board is loose but the book is intact.
