Yuan Dynasty 14th century Dehua ware covered box. Porcellanous stoneware with honey - coloured glaze over a extremely nice moulded floral decoration. Diameter : 7,2 cm. Condition : Some very faint age - cracks to the glaze but not in the body. One single minute chip at the underside of the box, which not interfers the extremely nice appearance of this rare piece.

This marked, rare, fish decorated bowl comes from an old German colletion. The condition of the glaze of the bowl is so perfect and glossy that it simply is impossible that this bowl is an excavated piece. The glaze of this bowl is so much better than the glaze of excavated pieces so that this bowl must be an rare unearthed piece which already in very early times - maybe hundreds of years ago - came to Europe. Finely worked in satin stich in highest Imperial quality, in different colours with five bats and sound stones . These stand for the five blessings : old age, wealth, health, goodness and natural death. This work of the Imperial Qianlong workshops is most probably a part of an Imperial Qianlong throne cushion cover, later bordered with modern high-quality adornments. Qianlong Period ( 1736 – 1795 ) . The gold adornments 19th/20th century. 37 x 46 cm. Condition : Very good.

A perfectly potted Daoguang famille rose dish, finely painted with a harbor scene depicting the Teng Wang Ge, a pavilion noted for its famous view located in Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi province, on the banks of the Gan River 60 km south of the Yangtze River. A well potted bowl in Chrysanthemum shape and glazed with a pale Qingbai glaze. Southern Song Dynasty ( 1127 - 1279 ) Diameter : 11,9 cm. H : 4,5 cm. Condition : Very nice condition with one nearly invisible hairline that actually seems to be quite insignificant because despite this hairline the bowl has a nice ping tone when tapped. A very rare and decorative Oil-spot, black-glazed, Song style vase ( Spittoon ) from the Zibo kilns in Shandong ( from around the eighteenth century ). The very rare and highly admired Song Dynasty Jian ware Temmoku- resp. oil-spot glazed pieces were the model for this vase. H : 10,4 cm. Diameter : 10,3 cm.
