Serpentine Horus falcon, with defined wings, beak and tail feathers. Late Period, 600-30 B.C. 1 1/4 inches high X 1 1/8 inches long. Intact. From an old French collection.

An ancient Egyptian deep blue faience scarab, inscribed with a beetle (kheper) and flail. New Kingdom, 1550 –1070 3/4 inch. Intact.

Ancient Egyptian Bronze Double-Ureas. Depicts two cobras, each with a broadened hood and shows the details of each of the snake’s body. 1 1/4 inches high. Possibly a decoration of a large bronze Osiris. Late Period, 25th-26th Dynasty, 745-525 B.C. Ex. RDA private collection, acquired in NY art market in the early 1980s.

An Egypto-Roman figure of Harpocrates on horseback. Represented as a plump child, wearing the sidelock of hair and the double-crown of Egypt on his head and with his forefinger on his lips. Roman Period about A.D. 100. 5 5/8th inches high. From a New Jersey estate.

Ancient Egyptian blue faience scarab ensemble. Comprising of the beetle scarab in the center, flanked by the faïence wings. Late Period, 600-400 B.C. Scarab measures 2 inches long X 1 1/4-inch wide, left-wing measures 2 inches wide, right-wing measures 1 3/4 inches wide with small chip on tip. Scarab and wings not part of an original set. An ancient Roman marble hand, with defined fingers and fingernails. Hand grasping, what appears to be remains of a dagger. With extensive remains of encrustations. 1st-3rd century AD. From a NYC private collection. Said to be purchased on the London art market in the late 1990s. 3 1/2 inches wide X 4 1/4 inches high. Mounted.

Ancient Egyptian alabaster fragment, depicting a male head wearing a large, striated wig, with remains of facial details. Appears to have a hand holding the head, from the back of the head. 3 inches wide X 2 1/4 high. Middle Kingdom, early 12th Dynasty, period of Amenemhat I/Sesostris I, 1938-1875 B.C. Mounted. Chief god of the underworld. Depicted mummiform, he is wearing the atef crown, fronted with an ureas, wearing the false beard and with hands emerging from tightly fitting garment and grasping the crook and flail. 26th Dynasty 672-525 B.C. 4 3/8 inches high. From a Maryland estate.

Salmon-colored "Plastic" head of a feline, with defined eyes, alert ears, whiskers and feline expression. Vent hole on back. 2 5/8 inches high. 6th Century BC. Originally acquired from Royal Athena gallery, ex. Dr. Jean Laufenburger, Geneva. ‘Plastic vases’ are vessels made in figural shapes, including animal figures. Their name derives from the Greek verb plassein meaning ‘to mould’...

A marble head of the ancient Phrygian god of vegetation and consort of the great Mother of the Gods, Cybele. Wearing the Phrygian cap, with bulging eyes and with prominent facial details. 3 1/4 inches high. 1st-2nd Century AD. Formerly in a Tucson, Arizona old private collection.

Trefoil oinochoe depicting a nude satyr, also known as a silenus or silenos, typically portrayed as a male figure with ears and a tail, said to be resembling features of a horse, and with a large phallus, the sides decorated with floral design. 3rd/4th Century B.C. 5 1/4 inches high.
