An elegant Chinese snuff bottle made of goldstone glass, dissolving copper particles into the molten glass. The sides with hinted handles. The stopper is made from a jade bead, bone spoon. Condition: stopper with hairline crack and tiny chip (see photo no. 2), traces of usage. Dimension: c. 6 cm.

A Chinese snuff bottle made of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue with the demon-queller Zhong Kui and a bat. The stopper is made from brown glass with a bone spoon. Condition: the stopper with a small chip, the porcelain with few tiny black spots, traces of usage. Dimension: c. 8.8 cm high.

A peepal tree leaf finely painted in ink, colour and gold, depicting two Buddhist disciples in a landscape setting. Pasted on grey cardboard, with inscription in gold and red seal on the left side. Mounted in a lotus leaf shaped frame and base, carved from hardwood. Condition: lower left corner with a stain, some traces of usage. Dimension: total height: c. 25.8 cm, 19.3 cm wide, Bodhi leaf: c. 16 x 13 cm, weight: 352 g.

An amethyst snuff bottle in pebble shape, the outside carved in relief with birds among twigs. Moderately hollowed. The stopper en suite, in the form of a bird, spoon made of bone. Condition: few rough areas and tiny chips. Dimension: 7.2 cm high.

A fine Chinese snuff bottle made from Carnelian, well hollowed. One side carved in relief with a bird on a rock beneath a bat, the backside engraved with a ruyi scepter. The stopper is made from white jadeit with a green spot and a bone spoon. Condition: the stopper eventually not original, traces of usage. Dimension: c. 6.2 cm high.

A bamboo carving depicting a peasant or fisherman smoking a long pipe. Dating to the late Qing or early Republic Period. Condition: three small losses (photo no. 8 and no. 9). Dimension: total height: c. 21 cm.

A hexagonal open-work cast bronze incense stick or utensils holder with two dragon handles, standing on three feet. The sides showing four high-relief immortals and two lotus flowers, the base with lattice pattern. Condition: traces of age. Dimension: height: c. 16.3 cm, c. 14.8 cm wide.

Elegant silver cigarette case, the lid decorated with bamboo. Inside marked "Tackhing", "90% silver" and a Chinese character mark. This silversmith was active between the late 19th century and early 20th century in Hong Kong. With original blue silk lined paper box, the lid with glass. A silver jam jar standing on three ball feet with handle and glass insert. Beautifully decorated with plum blossom and bird in relief. With maker's mark "SF" standing for Sing Fat, who worked in the early 20th century in Canton, a Chinese character mark and "90". Condition: few traces of usage, insert with rim frittings.
