Japanese Cast Iron Tetsubin, Tea Kettle, tea pot signed by "Ryobundo", "as is" condition, Meiji period, 1910, 8 1/2" high include handle, 7 1/4" wide include spout, signed under the Bronze top, the top knob is damaged. The surface finished with raised circles on the upper section and sandy finish.

Pair Japanese Nabeshima Porcelain Dishes, Meiji 1920, impressed mark Kotobuki(Longevity) on the bottom, 8 1/4" diameter, 2" high, Basket weave interlocked between red and blue color for entire surface, with underglaze blue combed design on high rim, underneath has multiple coin shape design in three(3) areas in underglaze blue. Hand painted details of exact lines is superb, high quality work. The condition is good, no damages.

Chinese Red Lacquer Bamboo Bridal Food Basket, early 1900's, 15" high with handle, 10" wide & square, contains inner wood tray inside the lower compartment, high lighted with raise carved gold lacquered design on high handle, one metal butterfly is missing on one side.

Tibetan Himalayan Monastery Monk's Pray Table used in the Monastery, Ca. 1800's, 31" wide, 23" high, 13 1/4" deep, Lacquered on top of raised design low relief design of the scrolling vines on the both sides and Snow Lions Face in front upper section, large carved Buddhist Lotus Leaves on the bottom section. This Pray Table is in original old condition, no restorations or any new lacquer finish added. This Tibetan Pray Table was one of the collection in DC area collector's home for more than 45 years.

Pair Japanese Bronze Candlesticks, with complete set of Utensils, 2 covered pots and 2 pairs of tweezers, Ca. 1920, 25 1/2" high, 10" diameter for base with open cut design around gallery trim, hanging hook for tweezers, some old waxes are still remain caused some green color of oxidation on the round base.

Korean Wood Oil Lamp and White Porcelain Oil Pot and cover, Joseon Dynasty 19th Century, 19" high, 8" widest point on the bottom, Octagonal shape wooden bottom with column wrapped with ornamental Brass cover with ring in the middle section below the wooden cup, White Porcelain oil pot fitted inside the wooden cup with the cut out area for the porcelain handle. The condition is all original including porcelain oil pot with top.

Japanese Keyaki Wood front heavy weight two(2) section Tansu with heavy black Iron Eagle mounted and back plates plus Brass Turtle, Meiji period, 1890's, 46" high, 48" wide, 17 1/2" deep with two(2) long graduated size drawers on top section, lower section consist of one(1) shorter drawer on the left side and two(2) small drawers hidden inside heavily mounted hinged with black iron door. Black Iron raised Eagle back plates with Brass Turtle around key holes, handles are also heavy weight black iron, all the corners are wrapped around with black iron. Tansu has square wide and long handles for carrying on the side, and bottom and top sections can be fasted with these side handles, mixed wood inside the drawer, Cedar wood smells good. The condition is all original.

Korean 19th Century Joseon Dynasty heavy Elm Wood Coin Chest with Black Iron mounted, Ca. 1860 to 1887, 37" Wide, 19" Deep, 14" high, heavy thick bold grain Elm Wood and Black Iron mounted plus dovetailed each front and back bottom section and also both sides, with hinged Black Iron wooden top, lift up the top to open. One Board thick Elmwood used on each side, front, back and both sides. Half moon shape black iron handles on top of the flower shape backplates on both sides.

Japanese large three(3) section Kimono Tansu with ornate decorative simple hardware, Ca. 1920, 60" high, 47" wide, upper section has two(2) sliding doors reveals open space with shelves on the right side, and two(2) small drawers for lady's necessary assortment and jewelry in the left side above three(3) large drawers horizontally next each other and middle drawer has lock compartment with very pretty flower shape metal lock backplate. Middle section contains three(3) pull out long trays for storage of the large Kimono behind the two(2) large blind doors with lock compartment with flower shape back plate. Finally bottom section has two(2) long wide graduated size drawers, with contains lock compartment with flower shape back plate. This Tansu has a beautiful wood grains and all hardware are original. All 3 sections are lock in place using hardware on the side of the Tansu automatically, the condition is good.

Chinese Kangxi Famille Verte Porcelain deep scalloped edge Dish, Ca. 1662-1722, 4 3/4" diameter, 3/4" high deep scalloped rim, enamel overglazed Famille Verte design of Peony flowers in the urn within fenced garden inside the fan shape cartouche. Beautifully hand molded deep scalloped edge rim with repeated leaf shape design filled with green vine and leafy design. Underglaze blue Kangxi Rabbit mark and half circle inside the blue double circle underneath. Unglazed rim on the bottom has imperfect area is original Kiln mark. No restoration was done on this dish, this is a one of the best art work during the Kangxi period.

Japanese Samurai Warrior in full Armor on Noma Uma Black horse, special small tough Horse in Japan on black wooden stand, Ca. 1910, 15 1/2" high with stand, Samurai on Horse Doll is 12" high, 10" x 5" wide, fully dressed with typical Samurai Warrior outfit, with brocade cloth and some metal and paper decoration on the Armor outfit. Horse and Samurai have glass eyes, one eyebrow on left side lost some thick black hair. Old Paper Label said "Made in Japan" underneath the wooden stand, signed Kanji in black ink on the edge of the frame on the bottom. The condition is reasonably good despite of delicate materials and all the detailed sewing and different parts were used.

Japanese Mizuya, one(1) piece Kitchen cabinet, Meiji period, 1880-1900, 68" high, 33" wide(top and bottom moldings are 5" wider), 15" deep, Persimmon wood drawer front with Copper handles on all drawers, all inlaid Persimmon wood arrows indicate the top up direction, two(2) frosted glass sliding doors above the metal mesh screen doors (one carving section is missing), stylish wooden display shelves are inside the sliding glass doors, constructed with side moldings on both sides. This small stylish kitchen cabinet was in use daily in private estate in Wash. DC area for many years.

3 pieces trio set of Chinese Export Famille Rose Porcelain set, consist of the Tea Bowl, Saucer and a demitasse cup with handle, Ca. 1800, 5" diameter(saucer), 3" diameter and 1 3/4" high(tea bowl), 2 1/4" high and 3 1/8" wide include handle(demitasse cup), decorated overglaze gold and orange color of Initials "JMB" within pink floral drapes along the rim as well as inner circle, demitasse cup has restored chip on the rim, tea bowl and saucer are in good condition.

Chinese Export Porcelain Famille Rose Tea Bowl and Saucer, ca. 1800, 3 1/2" diameter and 1 7/8" high(tea bowl), 5 1/2"diameter and 1 1/8" high(saucer), overglaze enamel design of small flowers and bugs within fluted rim. Saucer has two(2) small frits 1/8" wide and 3/8" long and glaze hair line extended from the frit on the rim 1/2" long.

Pair Chinese Famille Rose Wall Pocket, hanging Wall Vase, later part of 1800's, 10 1/2" high, 4 1/4" wide-widest part, 2 1/2" deep top area, overglazed Famille Rose decoration of Mother and child in the garden scenery within the border of low relief pattern of the Ruyi Head. Chinese letters written on the upper right side. The condition is good.

Japanese Bone flying Sprarrow Ojime, 5/8" high, 5/8" wide, with black eyes, mouth wide open, two(2) large holes on the top is the wide open mouth, and the bottom hole to push through cord for tightening to the Netsuke. The condition is good.

Japanese Brown Cafe au Lait color Lacquer nut shape Ojime, 11/16" high, 11/16" wide, 1/2" deep, hollow inside with large holes on the top and the bottom to tightening to connect to Netsuke. The condition is good.

Japanese Pink Glass Ojime Bead, 11/16" diameter, cord go through the large holes on the top and the bottom, to tightening for the Netsuke. There are some indentation on the surface and the open grains on the surface of the glass.

Japanese green Glass Ojime, 3/4" diameter, large holes on tops and the bottom where cord go through to tightening for Netsuke. There are some indentations on the glass surface.

Japanese Red Lacquer Double Face Ojime, Ca. 1920, 3/4" high, 5/8" wide, 1/2" deep, one side normal pleasant face, the other side is angry yelling face with mouth open, the condition is good.

Japanese Metal Tsuba shape Ojime, Ca. 1900 Meiji, 7/16" high, 7/16" wide, decorated with the raised gilded Birds on the Plum Flowering Trees on the both sides of the two(2) shades of Bronze color of shape of the Tsuba, one side is darker than the other. Cord go through the holes on the top and the bottom and connect with Netsuke.

Two(2) Japanese Bronze Fukurokuju, Ca. 1900 Meiji, one of the Seven Lucky God, representing "Longevity" and "Wisdom", 3/4" high, 5/8" wide, typical details of holding precious object with both hands in front with very long head, the condition is good.

Japanese Wooden Shrine Pilgrimage Sign or Temple hanging box, Meiji period, 19th century, 27" long, 3 1/2" wide, 2 1/2" deep, Japanese "Kanji" hand script writing in black Ink, the condition is weather worn condition with beautiful old patina.

Very Large size Japanese Arita Imari region Porcelain Trumpet shape Urn or Vase,with Pie crust fluted Rim, 19th C. 1890, 36" high, 12" diameter to 15" wide(pie crust fluted rim), very detailed traveler with horse and attentant, Prince was playing flute while they are resting in the pleasant landscape scenery decorated in the widest central overglaze Cartouches, stories continues 360 degree with very intricate designs repeated around Peacocks. High relief large Pink Peony flower branches on the high raised bottom rim. Some darker lines are part of the detailed design, not crack. The condition is very good, no damages or restorations.

Japanese Porcelain Blue and White large Hibachi with cut out handle on both side and rounded deep top rim, Ca. 1900, 12" high, 19" diameter outer size, with rounded curved inside to make round top rim, underglaze blue and white design is bold and large, covers entire side with pine tree, steep streams in large scale of natural landscape. The handles on both side is cut out from the main body makes easier to lift and handle the heavy piece of Hibachi. The condition is good, no damages.

Pair Japanese Blue and White Porcelain heavy weight large Hibachis, Ca. 1900, 12" high, 18" diameter(outer measurement), 12 3/4" diameter(inner opening size), very wide flat top rim almost 2 1/2" wide which is decorated with underglaze blue Dragon chasing in the cloud, side panels with mountain scenery with pine trees, water falls inside the Fan shape cartouches. The condition is good, no damages.

Two(2) Chinese underglaze Blue and White Sauce Dishes, Ca. 1920, 3 5/8" diameter, 1" high, very free design underglaze Blue floral and vine design in the center, Chinese Character marking on high footed bottom. One(1) sauce dish has very tight glaze hairline 3/4" long, impossible to show in the photos. The other sauce dish is in good condition.

Chinese Blue and White Dish, Plate, Ca. 1920, 5 3/8" diameter, 1" high, with underglaze Peony flower in the center, sprigs of vine with leaves in the center of the dish and blue rim, Chinese Character on the bottom, in good condition.

Chinese Famille Rose Leaf shape divided 2 section Dish on high foot with scalloped edge, Ca 1920, 4 3/8" x 3 1/2" wide, 1 1/4" high, pink floral design resting on high foot bottom. One(1) small area shows somewhat dark area caused by smoke during firing in the kiln. The condition is good.

Japanese Stag Horn Monkey Netsuke, 18th C. Edo period, 2 3/4" high, 1" wide, 1 1/4" deep, Monkey is holding huge Mushroom. The condition is good, old patina is lustrous.

Japanese Netsuke, Dutchman carrying Ham, carved out of Stag Antler, Ca. 18th C to 19th C. Edo period, 2 3/8" high, 3/4" wide, Dutchman wearing cute round Hat and carrying Ham holding with Bone, the condition is good, I do not see any damages, two(2) holes in the lower backside for cord go through, bottom is hollow, shows old nice patina.

Japanese lacquered on Ceramic No Mask Obishimi Netsuke, Ca. 1920, Meiji period, 1 3/8" high, 1 1/8" wide, 3/4" deep, reddish brown lacquer on Ceramic with painted gold bull's eye, deep wrinkles on forehead, raised fat cheeks, details are bold and deep. The condition is good.

Japanese carved Wood No Mask Okame Netsuke, Ca. 1920, Meiji, 1 1/2" high, 1 1/4" wide, 5/8" deep, round dot natural wood grain dimples on both chubby cheeks and wrinkles on forehead and face, the condition is good, shows old patina.

Japanese Lacquered Ceramic No Mask Okame Netsuke, Ca. 1900, Meiji period, 1 5/8" high, 1 1/4" wide, 3/4" deep, smiling slender eyes with dimples on both fat cheeks, beautiful face with red small tiny lips. Nicely aged with old patina, no damages.

Chinese Export Water Color Painting on Paper of a Party in a Pavilion, Ca. 1850, 28" x 23 1/2"(maximum outside frame size), 16" x 20"(painting size), getting ready for the birthday party, woman playing piano in front of people gathering inside beautifully detailed Court Yard wall, trees behind in the background, in a black reverse Eglomize painted glass and gold inner border inside the black lacquered on wood rounded Frame, all original, the condition is good except black lacquered frame has small scratches on the surface.

Chinese etched and carved design of Double Gourd and leaves in the background Brass Lock and heavy Key, Ca. early 1900, 2 3/4" wide, 1 3/4" high, 3/4" deep(outside measurement), 1 3/8" wide(inside opening), hole is less 1/8" diameter round, in working condition, polished with many years of usage naturally original condition, some areas are stained and dark. This lock and key was found in Yunnan Providence in China.
