This Los Castillo early hallmarked necklace was designed by Margot Van Voorhies when wed to Antonio Castillo. Together they started the shop Los Castillo. This is one of the most stunning designs in the Mexican Silver Renaissance. The length is 18 inches long and a fraction over 1.75 inches tall. Los Castillo clamper design 508 is constructed of heavy repousse and weighs 79 grams. The diameter is 2.5 and will fit most. The size is a manageable 2.75 in. tall and the spring is tight. This design is an obvious Margot work of art when married to Antonio Castillo. Very well cared for with no dents or damage.

Ledesma is a noted Maestro in Penny Morrill's books. This is a rarely seen all silver Art Nouveau swirl weighing 61 grams heavy. It is properly hallmarked as shown and in 2 places. The repousse is without dents and is flowing in design. At it's widest it is 7/8th's of an inch and is 16.5in. long. The piece is jaw dropping on and you can turn the swirl inside or outside to wear. One pix shows it with the outside swirl. This one deserves our attention, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Enrique Ledesma is famous for his stone to the silver inlays and remember this was before laser technology. In this necklace there is a large Agate with the bands ranging from browns to reds. Don't be afraid of the necklace band that goes around the neck as it does not flip up. There are two hinges on the sides and the curve is masterfully sculpted. Los Castillo 396 swirl clamper was designed by Margot van Voorheis Carr when married to Don Antonio Castillo. These wondrous bumble bees are a Margot de Taxco signed creation. She is known for her fantastic enamel work. The earring clamps work and are the thickest best working clampers I have put on. The enamel is PERFECT. These are a published design in the Penny Morrill books on the Mexican Silver Renaissance.

We have a signed, early Fred Davis bracelet today to offer. The amethyst stones are a mix of milky swirl to a dark purple. When you look into them it appears to be a whole other world inside them. They are without chips or cracks. I could not do justice to them in my photos and there is reflection on their surfaces. They are a fancy barrel cut and the all silver links area cut in a half cylinder shape. There are no dents or damage...

This is a beautifully executed, thick silver bracelet that is 1in. wide on the side panels. The piece weighs 29.7 grams and has an airy cut out design and features an amethyst cabachon. It is slightly sizable and fits a 6.5in. to a 7in. the best. Marked Silver Mexico which dates the piece to pre-1948. This example of early Taxco silver work is a classic and displays an aura of elegance to those who gaze upon it.

Antonio Pineda was masterful with this design. Each stone of onyx is reflected by 4 silver mirrors. The bracelet has a length of 7in and a height of 1in. This is properly signed and is one of the Pineda's featured in the book SILVER SEDUCTION. The weight is 95 grams of 970 pure silver. The presence is rich and sleek. Hard to find and in a condition with no issues. All stones are without chips. This was difficult to photograph as the "mirrored" reflections blur the lines. Much better seen in pers...

We are offering a signed M. Altamirano large Cuff studded with onyx stones and finished on the ends with a big swirl. The height is 2.5in. tall and it currently has a gap of 1 inch. The diameter is 2.25in. and this can be sized by a professional silver smith. From end to end it measures 5.5in. and the weight is 70 grams heavy. A repousse bracelet worked with great skill and signed JVE. A nice size being 1.25in. wide and approximately 40 grams of heavy repousse. The length is 7.25in. of comfort with no damage. The floral motif is on a thick silver base.

Taxco 980 signed pieces are always quality. This link is 118 grams heavy and is the closest thing to the Coco design of the Spratling original necklace which is so very, very rare. The Taxco 980 necklace is 20in. long and has a depth of 7/16th's giving it even more dimension. No dents or damage and kept lovingly through time.
