SOLD! THANK YOU!

Here is a splendid, very feminine necklace which drapes beautifully over the collarbones. It is made from an unusual hue of rose gold – closer to red than I’m used to seeing in antique jewelry. The garlands of gold are highlighted by 5 tiny stars of gold set with seed pearls and hanging from little plaques which are also set with seed pearls. The whole thing measures 15-1/4”, and the drapery section is 6-3/8”. The longest drape falls about 1-1/4”. It weighs a nice 11.4g, and the chain is an interesting double-link concoction. One connecting link looks like it might be a replacement, in darker metal, but this is scarcely noticeable. Approximately 100 years old, and just lovely!
