A Fine Sugar Basket or Bonbon Dish by Davis & Galt, Silversmiths of Philadelphia (1888-1896) and made for Black, Starr & Frost. A Boat-shaped Form, with a Swing Handle and a Foliate Repousee Design. The Davis and Galt mark (fleur-de-lis within a shield) and the Black Starr & Frost imprint. Dimensions; 6" x 4.25" x 6.5" to handle; weight; 5.5 Troy ounces. Very fine condition.

LEVI WELLS PRENTICE 1851-1935; AMERICAN River Bend; Oil on Canvas Original Frame LWP is from the Adirondacks area in NY. He is known for his landscape and still like paintings of this area. He has a distinctive realistic style. His art is in many collections including the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. This painting was once owned and sold by VOSE Galleries in Boston. On the back, there is information, as well as the provenance on the Vose Gallery label. Dimensions; 8.5" x 11"; framed 16"...

An Art Nouveau Gilt Bronze Card Tray (or Trivet) with Four Legs and a Bird, Floral and Wheat Design. Dimensions; 8.5" diameter x 1.25" high. Circa 1875 and in excellent condition.

An Impressive Brass Inkstand with a Mythological Figure, probably a stylized Griffin (head, beak and wings of an eagle, the body of a lion). Dimensions; 8" square, 11" to handles, 5.5" high. Circa 1860-1875 and in excellent condition.

A Russian Silver Serving Spoon in a Fiddle and Shell Pattern; dated 1840, during the reign of Czar Nicholas I (1822-1855). Length; 8.5"; weight 2.8 troy ounces. Excellent condition.

A Compete Set of Five Pair of Diamond Brass Candlesticks. The Original Three Pairs (Ace of Diamonds, King of Diamonds and Queen of Diamonds) were Designed to Commemorate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee (1837-1897). The Remaining Two Pairs (Prince of Diamonds and Princess of Diamonds) came out in 1901, after Victoria's Death. There are several ding and scratches on the individual pieces, but overall in very good condition. The full set is a rare occurrence.

A Georgian Silver Flat Top Tankard by Solomon Hougham, London, 1796. A reeded design, with an engraved handle and a dragon in the front. Dimensions; 7.5 inches high, 36.5 traditional ounces, 33.3 "Troy ounces. Excellent condition.

A Wonderful Silver Bread Basket of Openwork Design. Hallmarked in London 1884. Makers Mark of Thomas Bradbury & Son (makers Thomas Bradbury III & John S Henderson). Dimensions; 11" x 7" x 3"; weight 8.3 Troy ounces. Excellent condition.

A George II Large Footed Cup or Beaker by William Shaw and William Priest and Hallmarked in London, 1756 (clear marks). Dimensions; 4 1/8" high x 4" diameter at top, 2 3/4" at base; weight 6.9 Troy ounces. Some minor wear and a slight bend at the base (see picture). Overall in very good condition.

Early American Federal Period Coin Silver Sugar Tongs, with Shell Grips and Wheat Sheaf Medallions. By Edward Rockwell, Noted Silversmith of New York, and dating from circa 1810. Length; 6.75", weight 2.3 Troy ounces. Excellent condition.

A Rare George I Silver Meat Platter with a gadrooned edge. Hallmarked in London in 1727 (the last year of George I's reign) and made by John Montgomery (the mark is rubbed, but can be made out). Dimensions; 14" x 10.5" x 0.5" high; weight a heavy 31.1 Troy ounces. Some surface scratches from use and one very small dimple on the surface.
