Description:

A Jiangyang Temmoko bowl was decorated with radiating russet splashes on the surface.
It was a rare type of this kind in Jiangyang wares.
Enduring old crackles were yielded naturally in the glaze when retrospective sheen was reflected on the surface.
It was used to be coated on the mouth rim with silver band. The silver band had long gone and only left with the residues around.
The bowl was kept in perfect condition without any restorations...

Description:

A Longquan Li-typed censer was in fine crackled glaze which in imitating the favourable Guan wares.
In tripod form, the Longquan censer was preserved in perfect condition when icy wires were spread immensely.
The incursions were happened to the thinner portions of the glaze and on the ridges.
The body clay revealed was in grayish white tint which was a characteristic of Song Dynasty...

Description:

A SanCai(tri-colored) water pot from Tang Dynasty was in a beautiful look.
In a round shape, the ware was applied with characteristic triple colors(usually as brown, yellow and green) on the upper half of the surface, and left the lower portion unglazed.
The unglazed portion was revealed with the body clay which was in characteristically refined clay.
The beautiful glaze was preserved well but suffused with minute crackles...

Description:

A Changsha handled ewer was preserved in very good condition.
Well decorated on the surface with splashed tints, the ewer vase was nicely mold and shaped.
Soft-paste body clay was revealed at the bottom.
Abrasions were happened to the rims.

Description:

A Longquan bird-feeder was in plain form.
Well mold in round shape, the vessel was preserved in perfect condition.
The glaze was in pale green tint.
The scars left at the bottom were caused during pottering when the potter using a wire or thread to cut the vessel from the potter's wheel. A characteristic from old wares we usually see.
It was a rare piece from which some similar ones were in the collection of the Palace Museum of Beijing(see last two photos)...

In favorite lake-green tint, the vessel was revealed at the bottom with rough-feel body clay.

A Longquan table screen was preserved in perfect condition.
It was heavily potted and shaped in good size and was decorated on one side with imprint of poems with real scholar taste.
Whitish incursions had happened to the glaze when body clay was revealed at the feet with applied darken brownish layers.

A Yaozhou conical bowl was beautifully manufactured with printing motifs in the cavetto.
It was preserved in perfect condition only with whitish incursions caused from age.
Some fingernail's scars were left at the foot ring by the potters.

It was also called XinLu in Chinese for this rare type.
Well glaze in yellowish green tint, the censer was revealed with buff-tinted body clay in the cavetto and at the foot.

A Longquan vase was in shape of archaic Zun type and was supported by 4 arched feet.
It was a characteristic ritual vessel put on an altar table.
In beautiful celadon tint, the vessel was preserved in perfect condition.

A Qingbai censer was in oval shape including the cover.
Well decorated on the surface with carved motifs, and the reticulated cover, the censer was well glazed in characteristic greenish tint.

A fine white-tinted shallow bowl was in perfect condition.
In characteristic Dingyao milky-white glaze, the bowl owned the also white-tinted body clay which in characteristic tense and greasy feel quality.
Incursions had happened to the rims and on the surface.
It is very rare to find a real Ding ware in such obvious characteristic condition.
It is a small piece but can be a very good proof.

A Longquan bowl was in nice conical shape and was fired into a crackled glaze imitating the rare Guan wares.
It was an excavation piece for some time from the dry-feel condition to the glaze.
A later touch-up of gilt paint was done to the only defect found on the rim.
From the tint of the body clay, the way the foot ring was shaped and the accumulation of glaze around the mouth rim, all the characteristics stated out that it was a piece from Southern Song Dynasty...

Description:

A Longquan bowl was in quite good size and was applied on the surface with pale-tinted celadon (Fenqing) glaze.
A characteristic motif of lotus petals was carved on the surface. An addition to the Lonquan wares which we've usually seen.
It was preserved in perfect condition but with some smoking effects to the glaze.
That had made the glaze a bit of darken in portions.

Date: Southern Song Dynasty, 12th century.
