The Noh mask is of an older male with long white beard expressing wisdom. The Noh Samurai warrior/devil face used on this bracelet is one of the most common Selro faces. While the white faces typically represent exotic cultures, the color of the stones used in this bracelet are more associated with Tudor royalty of Britain. This humorous contrast of styles gives the piece interest. The white face is in stark contrast with the warm gilt metal and the dark stones..

This mid-1950 Selro "Samurai warriors" bracelet is 7 1/4" x 1.5" at its widest point. It is hallmarked Selro Corp. on the back of each warrior as well as on the metal. The heads are thermoplastic with painted detailing.

These are some stunning vintage Ciner earrings!! Being Ciner, these earrings have the trademark stone settings and fine jewelry look. They are in fabulous condition; doesn't look like they have been worn at all!The top and bottom pieces resemble a spade shape with a cylinder shape in the center between them. That center piece allows some movement. Surrounding the stones are lots of finely faceted rhinestones that give the appearance of diamonds. There's also some of the finely faceted rhinestones in the center pieces. They measure 2 1/4" long (5.5cm) and the bottom piece measures 1" at it's widest part (2.5cm). They also have the signature Ciner stamp, both on the back on the bottom piece and on the back of the clips

These Coro cockatoos have been hand painted with enamel. At the center of each flower is a faceted, faux diamond.

As you can see by the patent below, this duette was designed by Gene Verrechio and patented in 1941. Pat # for the duette is Des. 126,490 and for the clip #1798867.

Coro invented the "Duette" in the 1930s. An ingenious invention. The design involves two pin clips that fit together, joined by a mechanism at the back, so they can be worn together as a single brooch. Or, you can take them apart, and wear them separately.
