Rare fine antique Royal Navy bicorn officer's hat made of genuine beaver pelt with matching custom carrying case - circa 1795 - 1812. This truly a piece of history (from Admiral Nelson's fleet?). Includes dress ribbon, gilt gold hat epaulets. The red silk interior lining is signed "Fraser & Davis - Portsmouth". The carrying case has a mounted copper plaque.
