Antique French beveled glass and brass regulator clock: quality beveled cut glass front, sides and back, original dial, brilliant excellent condition enamel with arabic chapters and mercury pendulum. Movement signed Made in France - Japy Freres hallmark. Original Japy Freres high quality 8 day time and strike two train movement striking on the hour and half-hour. Medallion of Japy Freres Gde. Med. de Hounneur (see photo). Runs perfectly, keeps excellent time. Original period key included. Circa 1890s. Condition: Overall condition is good, comenserate with age. Some scratches on the brass top and side of brass bass comenserate with age. Dimensions: 11"h X 7”w. X 5.5" d.
