Roman bronze figure of Eros, He is holding a bag of some kind under his left arm and his right arm extended out and at one time had something in his hand now just a hole where the piece fit in remains , This piece has a nice dark brown patina and some mineral deposits. The surface has been worn down from years of handling . Roman Bronze Zebu votive statuette in the Classical style on a platform , the bull having horns a well detailed hump and facial features. The statuette has a calcified surface. Old California collection . Size H 2"D 2"

Roman glass pitcher, the handle and base are different colors of glass that were fused together, appears to have been trimmed . Size H 51/4" W3.5"

Roman Gold and Silver Glass Mosaic Palmetto Design Border, this mosaic fragment appears to have been mounted on a cement like material with an iron frame from the 19thc. There are a few examples from Herculaneum that match this example. This piece displays well . Size L 16" H 4"

Roman or Holy land terracotta oil lamp. Somewhat large terracotta lamp with impressed designs front and back. A simple household piece with signs of use. No restoration . Size L 4" by 2.5"

Roman style Bronze oil lamp with chain, well made with nice chain. The body has a copper malachite mineral growth spot on the back of the acanthus leaf detail. the color doesn't appear as it does in person . 19th c or much older . L 3.35" by 2.25 wide H with chain 7" no stand

Ancient Roman terracotta oil lamp with molded designs around the shoulder . The end of the lamp has a loss to the handle and burn marks at the wick opening. Size almost 3" w 2.5"

Late 1960s early 1970s ELC marked "Roke's Drift" red and blue glazed Zulu plate with a raku tupe glaze , the body seems to have some animal hair mixed in the clay body. Rudy Burckhardt famous photographer and painter (Swiss-American, 1914-1999) watercolor and pencil on paper depicting a nude female standing with chair in original gallery frame painted in cream enamel. Signed lower right. Press notice on the back from the gallery where this painting was purchased it is also signed by Rudy, it states that the art in this show was painted in the woods where he was staying in 1973. Measures 12 3/8" x 9 5/8" + 1/2" (1.2cm) frame.

Russian Soviet mixed media paint and paper collage , well done with tiny yellow cut outs . The assemblage relates to nuclear war threats . Signed in cyrillic and dated 68 . We color enhanced the signature to assist in reading. Size sight 6" by 8"
