With the purchase of the lease on the Nymphenburg factory by Albert Baumi in 1887 the factory started to re-produce figures that had been originally made in the 18th century. This figure of a Turk, originally modeled by Bustelli, is one of those. Like many of the 18th century figures this one is not decorated with colors. 4 ¾ inches (12 cm) tall and 5 ¼ inches (13.5 cm) across the base. Shield mark and the numbers 192 and 0 impressed on the underside.
