This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal Crown Derby in 1884. There are date ciphers indicating this year. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 1/8 inches high. The set is made of fine bone china. It has an intricate decoration in Persian style. English large Porcelain deep Soup Plate, wide Wine Burgundy color rim with raised gold decoration with enamel white dots decorated, Ca. 1900, 10" wide, 1 1/2" high, high quality and beautifully decorated in raised Gold design on wide flat rim. Marked faded blue and impressed mark and "England" on the bottom, and number "2869H" in red. The condition is good, shows some wears on gold and wine color rim.

Finnieston (part of Glasgow) Scotland who used this mark from 1838-1845...

No makers mark or mark for the country of origin, but likely to be English (possibly by Samuel Alcock & Company). It might be French. In either case based on the style it was made around 1850...

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Brown, Westhead & Moore around 1875. It is not marked but we found the shape in “A Compendium of British Cups” by Berthoud. The saucer measures 5 ¼ inches and the cup is 2 ¾ inches high. The set has wonderful celeste blue enamel coloring. There are bands of tiny hand painted flowers accenting the rims. Gilded accents and gold trim on rims and handles add to the design. CONDITION: Excellent

The cup is 2 1/2 inches high and 2 1/2 inches in diameter. The cup has a puffy, blown-out shape with molded panels. The saucer is heart shaped and also has molded scrolls in the porcelain. Rare large ironstone platter in the Imari taste with a cobalt blue border by G.L. Ashworth, the successor to Mason’s. The platter’s rim is unusually decorated with reserves showing Japanese ladies with parasols and floral elements surrounded by gilding. The central design shows an Asian-themed still life including peonies, lotus blossoms, pagodas, etc. The back is printed with Ashworth’s mark, is impressed “Real Ironstone China”, and has a decorator’s mark.
