This porcelain bell was produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1890s. It has the authentic underglaze crossed swords marking. The bell measures 4 1/4 inches high and has a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. It is hand painted with the Tischenmuster (table pattern) design. The design is an Asian inspiration. The decoration is very colorful and has abundant gilded accents. Large vase by Roger Guerin, circa 1920, offered in excellent condition. This vase measures 7 1/4" in height and 7" at its widest. An impressive bulbous vase with horizontal striations on the bottom 2/3 of the vessel. It is signed "Guerin" and inscribed "M 30" for form and size. This porcelain box was produced in England by Royal Crown Derby in 1906. The marks on the bottom identify this date. The box measures 2 3/8 inches wide, 2 1/4 inches long and 1 1/4 inches deep. The porcelain is pure, white, bone china. The box is heart shaped with a little puffiness to the lid. The bottom half has a gadrooned edge around it. The box is decorated in the Imari pattern with tradition colors of cobalt blue, iron red, green and gold...

This porcelain vase was produced in Germany by the KPM Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer in 1901 according to the date letter impressed on the foot. It is marked with the under glaze blue scepter and red orb. The vase is 6 3/4 inches tall with a diameter of 3 1/4 inches at the widest point. The ground color is dark, nearly black, with mottled patches of teal blue or turquoise breaking through. A gilded mesh net overlays raised enamel blossoms. The foliage is painted with raised gold...

This pair of porcelain vases was produced in France by Paul Blot, Maison Jacquel, at rue del la Pais, Paris. Both have hand painted signatures. They are 7 3/4 inches tall with a diameter of 5 inches at the widest point. The porcelain is fine and translucent. The ground color is creamy beige. The vases are exquisitely hand painted. A wonderful and very desirable example of an 8-sided Lowestoft tea caddy, or canister. Painted with a flower bouquet and sprays beneath a border of flowerheads and foliate scrolls, the top having flowers and leaves.

The caddy is 3 1/2 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter, and is in superb condition, with no cracks, chips, or restoration. The only tiny blemish of any type is a 3/16" long glaze split at the top of the rim, clearly occurring during manufacture...

A beautiful creamware tureen and lid, probably Leeds, but possibly a Staffordshire factory. Of oval, quatrefoil shape with molded shell borders, scrolled handles, and a pomegranate finial, painted with turquoise and black enamel trim. An identical, undecorated example is shown in "Creamware and Other English Pottery at Temple Newsam House Leeds", item 331.

Cream cup, a pot de creme with molded borders and cherry knob, soft paste / pâte tendre, creamy white, made c 1780 in Tournai, then France and now Belgium. Decoration of under-glaze blue flowers in the Ronda pattern. Ronda was the most popular of the Tournai patterns, produced all through the 19th century till 1891 when the manufactory was closed down. Under-glaze blue mark, swords and three little crosses for the second and third Tournai period. Height "3 ¼ / 8 cm. Condition: fine.

Two pairs of tea cups with sprigged ornamental decoration in lilac and twigs of flowers in gilt. English, around 1830 and attributed to New Hall. Unmarked except for the pattern number, 7940. Diameter of saucers "6¾/ 17,5 cm and of cups "4½/ 11,5 cm. Condition: one pair fine, the other (please see the last photo) with some wear, a star crack and a hairline.
