A pair of blue glass vases, Pearline from Davidson’s in Gateshead, England. Pearline, an opalizing pressed glass launched by Davidson’s, was very much en vogue c 1890 – 1910. Height "4/ 10.2 cm. Offered is this beautiful English glass and sterling silver collar box (hand-painted with Alphonso Mucha-type romantic scene on a mother-of-pearl cover). The box is 5 inches (12,5 cm) wide and 3 inches (7,5 cm) high and is in good condition. The sterling is marked, 'T. M. & Co' and has English sterling hallmarks).

A beautiful, green-cut-to-clear vase, made by either Moser or Thomas Webb. The vase is decorated with beautiful art nouveau decor. Except for some minute nicks toward the bottom (see second-last picture), the vase is in excellent condition. There is a catalog/exhibition number on the vase's bottom, which means that the vase used to be a museum display piece. The vase is 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) tall and 4 3/4 inches (12 cm) wide at the top. Polished pontil.

Opaline glass bowl in the Brocade pattern, from the John Walsh Walsh glassworks. The opalizing effect was obtained by adding cobalt oxide to the glass, and a complicated procedure of heating and cooling. The opaline patterns made by John Walsh Walsh were produced as early as the turn of the century 1900. Height "3 ¼ / 8 cm, diameter "4 ¾ / 12 cm. Condition: fine.

A colorless Webb ewer or cruet decorated with an acid etched floral design and having an acorn stopper. The 7 ½ inch tall piece is 10 inches tall with the stopper in place. The stopper is not the original but is the correct style of stopper for this piece.

This pair of crystal compotes was made in England by Stevens & Williams around 1900. They measure 6 inches tall and the openings have a diameter of 5 3/4 inches. They are hand blown from clear crystal that varies from thicker areas to very thin. This type of crystal is often referred to as “rock crystal.” It imitated the mineral stone used by the Chinese. A stunning cranberry-cut-clear cut glass claret jug with a hammered sterling silver collar and hinged lid with a palmate finial. This pretty shaker is made from emerald-green glass with a gold-toned metal top. It is unmarked, but we were told by a glass specialist that it is from England, and circa 1900. Offered is this beautiful, peachblow glass vase, made around the turn of the 20th century, probably by Thomas Webb & Sons of Stourbridge, England. The vase is 8 1/2 inches (21, 5 cm) tall and 4 1/2 inches (11,5 cm) wide. The melon-twist vase has beautiful coloration and is in excellent condition. The enameling is highly suggestive of having been done by the studio of Jules Barbe. Unsigned.

A graceful stepped strap-handled pitcher of lead glass, featuring trailed threading at the rim, and engraved "RFE" with vines above ribbons, the reverse with flowering vines.

The condition is excellent, with no flaws to speak of. Good color and tooling. Snapped rough pontil. The height is 7 1/4".

Two Eau de Cologne scent bottles, flacons, with sterling silver lids, c 1880-1900. Of square shape, the upper parts faceted and the corners bevelled. Cut glass stopper and screw-on lid to one, the other lid not belonging. One lid with monogram engraving, the other with the traditional English design of a hand holding a dagger. The smaller bottle with a paper label saying something like "Another mist" in Russian - the name of a perfume? Height of both "3¼/ 8 cm without the lids...

This pair of crystal candlesticks was produced in Europe or England in the late 19th century. The maker is unknown. They are approximately 10 inches tall and the base has a diameter of 5 inches. The crystal is hand blown so that the candlesticks are hollow. They are hand cut with geometric patterns. The edges are beveled and the contoured shape has cut panels. The color is deep amber. Lovely panel-cut footed crystal compote, the stem with a blown teardrop. The foot is shaped to conform to the panel cutting. The crystal is top quality, with excellent weight and color. The bottom has a polished pontil.

A beautiful decanter set composed of 3 barrel shaped decanters, each heavily cut and retaining the original target stoppers. The stand is electroplate silver and of elegantly molded trefoil form, with rings to hold the stoppers.

Both the stand and decanters are in excellent condition, the glass without chips, etc., and the stand with little to no bleeding. The height is 10" and the width is 9".

Except for a tiny flea-bite on the bottle's inner rim (hidden when lid is in place), it is in very good condition. It is signed in acid with the Webb cameo-glass logo on its polished pontil.

Antique, Victorian 19th century English hand -blown cranberry glass vase of exceptional quality. Cranberry glass was made by adding gold to molten glass. It is an expensive and difficult process. A slight error can result in a muddy color instead of the pretty pink of cranberry.
