Beautiful antique prayer Baluch carpet, last quarter of the 19th Century, offered in basically perfect condition, with full pile and complete sides and ends. This camel ground tree of life prayer rug measures 65" by 34". All the dyes appear natural.

Size 6'3". x 3'3"
Terrific chair mat or small round rug hooked in a pattern of two white cats with large blue eyes and big red bows against a field of blue-grey surrounded by a burgundy and black double border. Hooked on a burlap foundation with wool and cotton. Very good condition, except for some discoloration and wear to the black border. 15" diameter. American, probably New England, 19th century.
A Central Anatolian prayer kilim in beautiful colors. Woven in slit tapestry, warp and weft in wool. Condition: Colors slightly faded, minor wear and few small repairs. Collectors piece, the weave is very fine and delicate, should not be exposed to heavy traffic. Dimensions: 202 x 118 cm without fringes.
A very large and fine example of the designs created by Edward Sands Frost for hooked rungs in the latter part of the 19th century, featuring a King Charles Spaniel in the central oval, surrounded by a garland of flowers and scrolling elements, colors still vivid, professionally mounted on frame with backing.

A beautiful Ningxia Dragon Pillar rug from the early Nineteenth Century. The condition is excellent with full pile.

This is a nice antique tribal rug from Azerbaijian Province, old Persia, made with vegetable dye and natural colour, in good condition.
Antique (19th Century) Central or Western Anatolian prayer or altar kilim, in beautiful condition. 3'4" by 7'2". All natural dyes, complete sides and ends. Two well done old repairs lower left. From a design standpoint this kilim is arranged like an Obruk kilim (the pointed hooked mirhab topped with a tree of life design, and flanked in the spandrels by two more such designs). However the color palette and the feel are not typically Obruk.

From our World Handicrafts Collection (ex-Asia), an elegant Sivas carpet, Anatolia, 1900-1920, featuring a classic central medallion design executed in a pale bluish-grey, beige, and brown, set against a large salmon colored main field, and with floral and geometric motifs along the borders.
Size and Condition: A good larger size at 11.5 feet (350 cm) x 8.75 feet (265 cm). The carpet is in very good overall condition with no repairs, and none needed...
Rare complete single bag (small saddlebag or large chanteh) from the Luri-Bakhtiyari tribes of West Persia, last quarter of the 19th Century. This rare weaving measures 19.5" by 17" and is in nearly mint condition, with full pile and complete piled closure system, tassels and original side finishes. All dyes are natural, including a great purple and apricot. Nice flatweave back with patterning in weft wrap technique typical of Luri/Bakhtiyari work.
Persian Sarouk Wool hand knotted large size Carpet, Ca. 1910, 10 1/2' x 15', very small hand knots for large carpet with dark blue and dark maroon reddish colors mainly, very rich and deep colors of floral and vines spread out on the soft wool surface which is evenly worn over the years. Two(2) shaped panels design on both ends and bordered by beautiful soft colors of typical Sarouk small patterns...
