This porcelain cup and saucer was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory between 1847 and 1849. The saucer has a diameter of 5 3/4 inches. The cup is 3 inches tall with a diameter of 3 1/2 inches. The front of the cup has hand painted scene of a mountain lodge. The painting is highly detailed in vivid colors. Circa 1830 from Pennsylvania, this pieced cotton quilt features the North Star pattern. All hand stitched, it has strong geometric shapes. Colors are red, white and various purples. A little worn around the edges, color is still good, considered to be in very good condition commensurate with age. Coverlet fits over a double bed. From the estate of Mike Biggers.

A very rare and superb hand made genuine QING DYNASTY SILVER BOWL, with extensive open carving work and depicting the Dragons chasing the flaming Pearl. The base is stamped by a Chinese Hallmark: "SS, followed by a Chinese Character and 90, SUN SHING" as shown in one of the photographs, ca. 1900. Weight: 199 gr. excluding the inset glass bowl. Size: height 7.6 cm. x 13.5 cm. diameter. This silver bowl also has a later added glass inset bowl, which can be removed for easy cleaning!

A fine example of a four knopped double series opaque twist (DSOT) antique wine glass. The bell bowl is over a stem with a pair of spiral threads outside of a central gauze, and with an annular knop and three ball knops. Conical foot with rough, snapped pontil.

The vast majority of opaque twist glasses have straight stems, and the addition of even one knop adds substantially to the difficulty of making them, and to the value. Each additional knop increases these factors...

This porcelain vase was produced in Germany by the KPM Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer in 1901 according to the date letter impressed on the foot. It is marked with the under glaze blue scepter and red orb. The vase is 6 3/4 inches tall with a diameter of 3 1/4 inches at the widest point. The ground color is dark, nearly black, with mottled patches of teal blue or turquoise breaking through. A gilded mesh net overlays raised enamel blossoms. The foliage is painted with raised gold...
