A nice Qianlong period famille rose export plate, made during the middle of the reign ca. 1750, featuring an armorial design with coats of arms enameled amongst floral sprigs.

Rare Korean Black Lacquered Arrow Case (Quiver) of bamboo with a design of grapes, peonies, and ferns. Length: 40 inches, 101.5 cm.

Decorated outside with chrysantemum scrolls, plantain leaves pattern round the neck, classic scrolls and a border of early lappets between two bulbs, and other a border early lappets on the lower base. Unglaze base. Size : Height = 15 cm, Diamater = 12 cm. Period : Yuan Dynasty 1279 - 1368 Condition : professional restoration to the broken part , missing spout and handle.

Very well potted dishes with a very good pale bluegreen Celadon colour. The colour of the left side piece still better then the already very good colour of the right side piece. Black Lacquered Mother of Pearl Table. This is a low table used in ancestor worship rituals. The gorgeous peony flower is a symbol of abundance and wealth. The delightfully rendered dokkaebi goblins that adorn each leg are guardians that chase away evil spirits. The clouds are symbols of Heaven, and the plum blossoms are symbols of courage. As you can see in the photo, there is some loss to one of the dokkaebi goblins, but this table is in otherwise amazing and excellent condition...

This mid 19th century famille-rose seal box is 1¾ inches tall and 3½ inches in diameter. It has Qian Long mark on the bottom. The mark is fictitious which is quite common. It is decorated with a floral design. Though the color is slightly worn and tiny chip appears inside the cover, it is in great condition.
