This is an ancient bronze dagger from the middle east, possibly Egypt. The apparent high-copper content of the alloy and the general design put it prior to 1200 BCE.Bronze weapons were not made in ancient Egypt until after 2000 BC near the end of the Old Kingdom. It wasn’t until the Hyksos invasion of Egypt and their subsequent overthrow(circa 1550 BC), that the Egyptians began large scale production of bronze weapons using technologies learned from the Hyksos and neighboring cultures...

Flat-bottomed aryballos with two neatly incised male busts showing big eyes and pointed chins. The hair is tied in a tuft (krobylos) by a fillet and falls gently along the shoulder.
The busts alternate with geese. Rosettes in the field. Radiating strokes on shoulder and rim.
Best parallel for the style is Utrecht Univ. 60, Male sirens facing swan, in: D.A. Amyx, Corinthian Vase-Painting of the Archaic Period (1988), 180:B-7.

This rare carved jade archaic burial ornament is 4 7/16” long, 1 11/16” high and 3/16” thick. It was carved on both sides. It depicts a stylized beast with small wings, a small long tailed beast is hanging on its body. It has a very nice patina, especially on its tail. It is in great condition.
This jade (jadeite) pendant is 2 3/8” long, 1 3/4” wide and 5/16” thick. It is an early 20th century product. It is carved on both sides as a carp with lotus leaf and some small unknown flowers. It was designed and carved in an ingenious way, using the green part of the stone as the carp and the white translucent part as the lotus leaf. It is in great condition.
Strand of Tuareg seed pod prayer beads from the region of Timbuktu, Mali. A talisman is added on with handmade cord and decorated with elephant hairs (from tail) and cowrie shells.
The original cord was broken long ago and a few seed pods are missing. The original cord has been left in place and I have added a second strand to keep the strand together.
