This fantastic ancient weapon is a bronze dagger or spear from Luristan - ancient Northern Iran circa 1200 BC. This piece is heavy and stable. It has a leaf shaped blade with a strong midrib. The tang tapers to a small 90 degree bend.It has a wonderful patina including malachite and azurite encrustations. This would be a marvelous addition to any collection.It measures just over 26 cm in length and weighs208 grams.

This japanese antique katazome thick noragi is made by splicing together fabrics from the Edo and Taisho periods. The katazome of the Edo period, hand-spun indigo dyed cotton, is very beautiful. This is a Northern Song dynsty qingpai hexafoil bowl from the well known hetian yao or hetian kiln. It has a very artistically free hand incised flower on the cavetto and center of the bowl. It has a beautiful sky blue colour.

Generally it is in very good condition. The glaze condition is good with some minor manufacturing faults and glaze crazing as shown in the pictures. There is only a small nick which has a restoration on it, as shown in picture 3...

18th century good size iron Japanese sword tsuba with decoration of paulownia leaves and flowers. Paulownia (kiri) is considered to be a Princess tree in Japan and was featured in the crest of the Toyotomi clan, led by Toyotomi Hideyoshi. Wonderful design, gold highlights, in great condition.
