A fantastic Chinese silver caddy of hexagonal shape, applied with a profusion of enameled birds perched on foliage and flowers, all against a filigree ground . Studs of turquoise and coral further enhance the opulence of this extravaganza. Stamped SILVER on the base. Age: first quarter of 20 C. size: 6 9/10 inches (17.5 cm ) high. condition: Excellent, it appears untouched, unpolished and unused for a long time, thus remaining in pristine and undamaged state.

A pair of silvered bronze tripods, Jue, an archaic type of vessel used for heating and serving wine, the shape originating from the early dynastic periods B C. These little elegant pair of Jue is from the early 19th century, made of silvered and engraved bronze or brass. Height "3½/ 9 cm. Condition: original handles shortened and some wear to the silver coating (cf pics.).

A Chinese silver fan, gold plated and decorated with multicolour enamelled panels against a filigree ground .The guards are cast with scenes of figures, all sharp and crisp. The back of the fan is not neglected either; it is embellished with the same decoration, thus making it a visual joy from both sides. Antique Ming Dynasty Chinese iron plaque of buddhas from the Ming Dynasty. Each Buddha is seated on a lotus blossom with hands in the dhyana mudra of meditation. Between each buddha is an inscription of chinese characters. The unusual plaque has been forged in Iron. Early to Mid Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1912) It measures 25.25" wide by 26.25" tall by 1.5" deep.

Chinese Tang Dynasty small round box made of silver and gold. Repouse designs of floret surrounded by tiny flowers. The design on the top side of the box is smaller and more intricate while the bottom of the box has a similar floret but simpler. The rim of both top and bottom is delineated by a raised ring and is encircled by scrolling vines and tiny flowers. Size: 2 1/4" wide x 1 1/4" high
