A bronze vase of compressed bottle form in archaistic style with elongated handles. Bands and panels of Taoitie motifs and lozenge diaper liewen brocade. See Bonhams 2016 lot 470 Asian Art Knightsbridge London for a near identical vase there attributed to the Ming dynasty. The vase is 21.8cm high, the base 9.8cm wide. Rare and slender Silver/Paktong Opium Pipe, QING Dynasty. The damper/bowl is in the shape of a poppy/opium bulb and is held by a hand. This hand holding the bulb/damper has a very distinct double fish engraved on it's base which in Feng Shui is the symbol of wealth, abundance and attracting good luck (see photograph #4). Antique Chinese bronze censer in the form of a horse. Gracefully cast with head bent toward the ground, ears forward and with a friendly expression The oval shaped top portion of his saddle is removable and has a pierced design on the seat where the incense smoke would have escaped. This is further emphasized by the cast design of swirling smoke on the horses saddle cloth.
