A Fine Chinese Carved Blue Overlay Glass Snuff Bottle, 1800~1850. The bottle of opaque white glass with snow-like inclusions, cased in blue glass. The blue glass is carved away to leave the Eight Horses of Mu Wang in a continuous landscape. The carving is very fine indeed. The stopper is hardstone with an ivory collar and spoon.

This early 20th century Famille Rose snuff bottle features hand painted chrysanthemum, cherry, rose, peony and other unknown blossoms on a white background. It is 2 3/8” high, 2 1/8” wide and 1 1/8” thick. The cap and spoon are replacements. It is in very good condition.

This is a Qing Dinasty, 18th Century, with a Circular, Bulbous, tapering towards the bottom form Yellow Jade snuff bottle, with sloping shoulders, rounded short neck, and flat oval footing.
