Chinese Song Dynasty (960~1270) brown iron glazed oil or sauce storage jar of rounded shape, boldly thrown and shaped, with spout. Good condition. H: 12 inches, Diam: 12 inches

Large Han Dynasty (206 BC - 220 AD) stoneware jar with two loop handles incised with a leaf pattern. Above each handle is a rectangular appliqued ogre mask cartouche. Circa 1st century B.C. Measures about 9"H x 9 1/2" diameter. Above the waist, the vase is decorated with three sets of three raised incised line bands running around the circumference. A mottled olive green glaze accents the upper section of the vase...

This Sui Dynasty (581~618) yellow burial horse is 10 1/2” high, 11 ¾” long and 5 ¾” wide. It depicts a battle horse wearing a leather saddle and a draped saddle cloth. Aside from an old repair on the tail and part of the neck, it is in great condition.

Description: A rare tripod steatite censer was made in Tang dynasty. With dark gray tone, this censer was excavated with light gray incursions. A globular body was held by three foot in beautiful proportions. An earlier collection was published in " Early Chinese Miniature" by China Institute in America. Date: Tang Dynasty (AD618-906) Material: Steatite. Body Width: 6.5cm Height: 4.7cm Condition: Good, except one small scratch.

Yuan dynasty (1277-1367) cizhou style iron brown floral motif stem cup.

Some repair works. Possible re-attachment between the cup and the stem and at the mid-section part of stem (refer to photograph number 5). There are also some firing faults, expected degradation, chips & minor losses, abrasions, as a consequence of long period of burial and subsequent cleaning.

The measurement of the stem cup is: Height 9.1cm and the diameter is 9.0cm.

A very beautiful green funerary vase potted from earthenware. It is slightly heavy as there is earth harden on the inside of the vase, due to the long period of burial. The center part of the body appears to be molded in two parts and probably lute together by a clay liquid slip that acted like glue. Little attention was given to the finishing of the lute line, which exhibited as protruded line on the surface. There are crack lines on the body

This is a nice piece and of museum quality Tang dynasty ((618 – 906 A.D.) copper green glaze ewer. The shape of the ewer looks stout and strong. It has a long body with a small handle, two lugs and a short stout spout. The neck is straight and slightly high with a short and thicken everted rim.

The design on the body is a simple linear abstraction. It is incised with fine roulette design under the ice craze transparent glaze and the spout with ribbed details...

This is museum quality, small Liao dynasty (907-1125) sancai green glazed moulded moon flask ewer. It stands on a flat foot rising to a rounded side body with a spout mouth and a handle. The top opening of the ewer is moulded into the shape of five leaves in five divided panels (picture 6)...

This is a Song dynasty (960 – 1276) porcelain cosmetic box and cover. The sides and bottom half is ribbed to look like a melon form, the recessed top is moulded in the form of a stylised double flower with a short stalk. The box is covered in a pale bluish glaze of yingqing type, which pools in the crevasses to an aquamarine tone. The rims and base are unglazed, exposing the white porcellanous body underneath...

This is a small and very finely potted Song Dynasty (960 – 1276) small yingqing bowl. It stands on a short glazed foot rim and base rising to an everted u-shaped glazed body stopping short of the rim. Both the rim inside and outside of the bowl is unglazed exposing the porcelaneous body...

This is a Yuan Dynasty(1277-1367) celadon covered box. The top cover has a double circle with radiating club shaped like a sun ray all round. Just below it, is the design of foliage circling the all round. The flower part of the covered box also has foliage design design followed by a club shaped motif. The colour of the top half is lighter than the lower half of the covered box.

The covered box has minor abrasion and minute pinholes. No chip, crack, repair or restoration...

This is a large size Liao dynasty (907–1125 A.D.)moulded polychrome earthenware dish with leaded glaze. It rests on a short foot rim, a slightly flat everted base before rising upwards. It has a simple floral motive. On the underside, the glaze is in dark brown in colour, all the way down just before the short foot rim exposing the earthenware.

There is no crack, chip, repair or any restoration. Minor glaze fritting (picture 4) at roughly about 10 and 1 o'olock...

This is a Yuan Dynasty (1227 – 1367) cizhou style vase painted in iron brown colour. There are two layer of glazing on this cizhou vase. The dark olive colour glaze can be seen at the rim of the mouth and about half an inches from the splayed foot base. It is first glazed with a dark olive green glazing and then a white layer of glaze is applied, and then the cizhou painting on it. The painting is stylized into sections. The top is painted with some form of plants (grass) followed by the lotus...

A Yuan dynasty (1277-1367) ewer with wide splayed mouth and incised handle set opposite the sprout applied with black and brownish glaze falling short of the foot.

Only minor abrasion, no chip, crack, repair or restoration. The ewer is In good condition.

The measurement of the Yuan dynasty ewer: Height is 15cm, length from mouth tip to handle is 14cm.

This is a nice pair of tomb guardian, one piece in the form of a warrior and the other a mythical beast. The pair of tomb guardian is made of white earthen ware with copper green glaze. The green glazed is also nearer to the celadon glazed type. The clay, glaze and style suggest that the pair of tomb guardian suggest that this pair of tomb guardian straddles between the late Sui dynasty to the early Tang dynasty or about 7 century.

A simple black glazed ribbed vase with foliated rim. It stand on a two tier splay high foot, then everted towards a bulb like body towards a straight neck and then slightly everted towards a foliated mouth rim.

No damage, repair or restoration. There are abrasion, minor chips, pin holes, bubble burst and minute shrinkage of the glaze. All this are shown in the picture 3. Overall it is in good condition,
