This brush pot displays shallow carving with incising utilizing the natural “skin” of the bamboo to depict a scene of tortoise, cranes, and pine as a wish for longevity. The carver's name is incised beneath the pine tree. It is in good condition and has a nice patina. There is some wear to the interior from use. Acquired in London in the mid 1980s.

A porcelain bowl painted with over glaze "famille rose" enamels depicting a flowering peony shrub issuing from a stylized blue rock. This item was made in China for export to Europe during the second quarter of the 18th Century. Condition: very good - there is a 1.7cm chip to the inside of the footrim; no other damages and no restoration. 14cm (5.5 inches) diameter; 6.5cm (2.6 inches) high.

Superb and well hollowed-out blue striped agate snuff bottle. The stopper is made of bronze, with a beautifully shaped coral top. The spoon is made of bronze. China, 19th Century. Height (without stopper): 2 1/8" (5,4 cm). Tiny chips on rim of neck and base, otherwise very good condition.

A rare Song - Yuan dynasty longquan celadon large dish with two fish motif, good condition no damage no chip co crack no restoration, small area on the back got different color tone, size: 23 cm diameter.

A very rare Yuan dynasty longquan celason large rounde censer with animal head ears, good condition with some glaze srinkaze no damage no chip no crack no restoration please see picture for detail, size: 12 cm mouth diameter, 16 cm diameter with ears, 10 cm height.

Diameter approximately 20.5cm. Few chips at the rim. There is a firing crack at the rim. In good condition.

Antique Chinese pair of yellow glaze bowls with incised flying dragons and clouds of smoke along its outer edges, and a single dragon within double rings on the inside center. Wonderful crackling in the glaze is most apparent near the rim and the foot of each bowl. The bottom of each bowl has a Xuande period mark, but most likely dates from the 19th century Ching Dynasty. Size: 3.25" height, 6.5" diameter

A nice, quite large porcelain covered box with floral decoration in underglaze cobalt blue. Ming Dynasty, Wanli period ( 1573 - 1620 ). Very nice glossy glaze. Diameter : 9,7 cm. H : 7,4 cm. Condition : Perfect original condition.

Unfortunately the images are not able to show the beauty of this small jade in the form of a mythical beast ( bixie ). There is a hole trough the piece so that it is possible to wear this piece as a necklace like a "Dzi Bead". Pale, yellowish "celaon jade", Song Dynasty. L : 3,5 cm. Condition : Perfect.

Chinese 19th century yixing zisha teapot. size : 15cm wide. 10 cm body diameter. 10 cm high. has very small chipped at the spout, and chipped at the end of the handle (please see on the picture).

A fine pair of small baluster shaped porcelain vases, with a painted blue decor on white background of two dragons chasing the flaming pearl among clouds. Kangxi reign mark beneath. China, Qing Dynasty period. Height: 7" and 7 1/8" (17,6 and 18 cm). Old and very fine restoration around the neck of one of the vases (see photos), otherwise very good condition. Provenance: old French provincial collection.

A blue & white bowl, decorated inside and outside with chrysanthemum flowers. Ming dynasty early 16th century Hongzhi period found on Moluccas Halmahera Island. Condition is very good near perfect, just a bit warped and kiln material adhere to outside visible on enlargement 4, no any chip, no crack and free from any restoration. Diameter: 14,3cm.

Antique Chinese porcelain figure of one of the Three Star Gods (Longevity, Prosperity, Happiness). This is the God of Happiness, or the Fu star, with wonderful and elaborate famille-rose enamel mandarin robes with flowers and flower pots on his robes. He also holds a small child, which is one of his recognizable attributes. He is said to have once lived as governor Yang Cheng of Daozhou.
