In China, collars where made separately from the robe or garment. As such, the so-called cloud collars were used much like a necklace, allowing a single collar to be worn over various robes. This is a traditional Han Chinese style collar dates to the Qing dynasty period. The background fabric is white silk, bordered with black rolled trim. The collar is very finely embroidered with silk thread using predominately the satin embroidery stitch...

Beautiful Chinese bench, carved all of hardwood with inset areas of dramatic burl, rectangular marble in center of back, arms and back carved with scrolling key fret motif, elegantly curved legs, Republic Period. Total size: 40 1/2" x 53" long x 23" deep. Size of seat: 19" high x 47" long x 19" deep.

A large, perfectly potted porcelain bowl, brightly enamelled with bats and Shu characters ( longevity ). The Famille Rose decoration done in an excellent quality. Jiaqing underglaze blue Seal Mark and of the Period ( 1796 - 1820 ). Diameter : 17,9 cm. H : 8,2 cm. Condition : Absolutely perfect.

A Chinese polychrome fencai vase portraying a courtly scene of two women and a child set in a courtyard scene with a table and large rock formations. The view is surrounded by Chinese patterns with various auspicious objects often representing fortune or wealth. The neck of the vase contains a view of chrysanthemums and bamboo. Age 18th century. Size: height 10.5" diameter 4.25"

Chinese porcelain vase with raised auspicious patterns on sky-blue ground, Qianlong six characters mark and of the period. Condition: neck reduced, no other flaw besides this. Height: 9-3/4". More photos will be provided per request.

This unusual large blue and white incense pot is a Kang Xi period (1662~1722) product. It is 5 1/2" high and 9 3/8" in diameter. On the exterior, there are six sitting Buddhist monks who have achieved enlightenment. Their worthy position is indicated by the halos around their heads. They are surrounded by a swirl cloud pattern. Also, there are clouds around the neck of the pot. Due to firing, there is one crack line on the bottom of the pot and some small dark spots inside and outside...

A rare thinly potted and extremely well painted deep dish with exceptionally fine porcelain body. The base carries the six character reign mark of the Jiajing emperor (1522-1566) enclosed within a double circle but this item was probably made later, in the 16th/17th Century, during the reign of the Wanli emperor (1573-1619). Condition: there is production glaze loss (fritting) to the rim but no cracks or damages and no restoration...

Yue yao small jar, Five dinasties. Jar in good conditions except glaze degradations. 8cm high, 10cm body diameter.

A small famille verte dish decorated with flowers, Kangxi period. The dish is in very good condition, the only flaws are the chips on the foot rim. Diameter: 5-1/4".
