This is an Annamese Blue and White water dropper in the shape of baby elephant from 15th - early 16th century, found in shipwreck. Height 6cm / Length (nose to its' back) 7cm. It was export ware to South East Asian Region, can be in many form eg. frog, monkey, tortoise, fish, and etcs.
Its' glaze and condition overall still intact except of glaze peeling at the edges of ears and trunk caused by corrosion of sea water, water hole not thru...

Exquisitely Hand-Carved 19th Century Large Wall Panel Sculpture of Singha, from the Toba Batak People of Northern Sumatra. Singha is a supernatural creature who protects the home. He is a composite of a lion, serpent, buffalo, lizard, and human. This bowl is raised from a sheet of silver and formed into a vessel with gently rounded sides. Having no feet, this slightly rounded base is flattened so that it sits firmly on a flat surface. The entire bowl is covered in hammered repousse work in much detail. Four Buddha images seating among dense stylized floral forms are in the wide lower register above which is a band of dot-like forms and in the top register are birds and flowers...
Mother nursing her child, probably from the Sawankhalok kilns. The body of the hand-modeled figure is rather hastily sculpted as is the doll-like child. This hastiness is typical of figures such as this one which were made in large numbers and distributed as fertility charms. This one, however, has more care taken in defining the facial features of the mother as well as her hairstyle...

Round, footed bowl-form base and tapering stepped lid are heavily cast in bronze and then finished by lathe-turning to enhance the concentric stepped pattern on the lid and the incised rings encircling the base. The bronze retains its natural patina from age and use. There are areas of reddish-brown and small patches or verdigris on the exterior. The interior of the lid shows overall verdigris with numerous patches of brown encrustation...
Statue of Buddha, in monk's robes, his beautiful, slightly smiling face reflecting a profound inner serenity, standing on what must have been a round lotus throne, now missing. Wood, with large remnants of the original lacquering and gilding, and numerous glass inlays. Glass eyes. Burma, 19th century, maybe earlier. Height: 14 1/2" (37 cm). Statue of crowned Buddha, in royal attire, his hands in "bhumisparsa mudra" (taking the Earth as a witness of the veracity of his sayings), sitting cross-legged on a tall throne. A hole at the top of the crown suggests the presence originally of a finial, now gone, while a hole at the back means that the statue was held firmly in a niche via a tenon. Marble, with numerous remnants of the original pigments. Burma, 17th century. Height: 10 1/4" (26,5 cm)...

Hollow cast in coppery-bronze. Two similar images depict Buddha in “Earth touching” mudra. Both are heavy castings, having an even, dark brown patina and hollow interiors with old brown patina and light traces of verdigris. The backs of both pedestals are cast with a lopp just below the seated Buddha and these were used to secure these two smaller images to a larger altarpiece...

Well potted with thick, even celadon glaze overall except for the unglazed base and foot. The glaze is of a deep green tone and crackled all over covering the interior of the neck as well. Three floral form appliques decorate the shoulder just below three concentric rings leading up to the neck. A few minor earth stains remain from burial. Overall very good condition.
