This is a thinly potted bowl depicting the Buddhist's eight auspicious signs which is found on the sole of Buddha's feet. They are the mystic knot, fish, wheel of the law, lotus, canopy, unbrella, conch shell and the jar. The bowl stand on a short recessed foot-rim and into a U-shaped body. At the base of foot-rim, it has the honorific four character seal mark of Qianglong reign. Cir. second half 19th century, possibly from Tongzhi period.

Pair of Japanese Kutani tall porcelain bottle vases, with elongated bodies slightly tapering to the short neck and gilt rim, decorated with red enamel landscape scene and gilt clouds over white crackle ground. Each vase signed with 2 character mark.

This early 20th century yellow vase mounted as a table lamp is 20” high, 6 ¼” wide and 4 ½” in depth. The vase is 8 ¼” high, 5” wide and 3 ½” in depth. On both the front and back, it depicts a 5 clawed dragon floating between the ocean and the clouds. Eight immortal symbols are on both sides. The vase had been drilled and mounted on a cut out and embossed brass base. It is in great condition.

A rare and quite attractive set of two knives and a sicle type of cutter (3), knapped in finely patinated Silex, Egyptian stoneage / Neolithic period, 5200 - 4000 BC.
These comes from an old French collection and the two knives with tags in white and black ink giving the finding place to 'Fayoum' and 'Le Fayoum' - a region just south of Cairo, close to the Nile.
Rarely seen and a must for collectors of Egypt antiquities.

The bowl applied with a beautiful light blue-tinged white glaze with warm
and clear glaze evenly overall, set on a slightly flared high ring foot and with
slightly everted mouth rim, its base glazed in white glaze but a foot rim unglazed.
It’s in good condition but a small chip on its foot rim,
it measures approximately 5.5” d. x 3.75” h. (14cm x 9.5cm),

Pre-Columbian Terra Cotta Mask, Teotihuacan Mexico. 4 1/2" x 5”x 1 1/2”. Circa 600 – 900 A.D. These masks with the symbolic butterfly ornament under the nose were typically part of the ornamentation attached to funeral vessels.

A beautiful and rare excavated 17th Century Burmese Bronze Ganesh holding 4 objects in his hands and with a cobra snake hanging from his right shoulder and encircling his torso and back. The Ganesha is wearing a beautifully adorned garment around his waist. Naturally formed patina and some soil remnants are present. Excellent condition as well preserved in the earth cache. Size: height 15 cm x 8 cm (6" x 3.25")
