A fine Arita soba choku decorated with Chrysanthemums within ogee form reserves set against an aka-e kinrande ground dating to the middle of the Eighteenth century The interior decorated with a diaper band to the rim and a go-ben ka to the bottom of the cup. The base of the cup decorated with a spiral fuku within a double square. The cup is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or restoration.
