Antique Kano school ink painting depicted ukiyoe landscape with a rising dragon over Mt. Fuji. Painted with ink and gold pigments on paper. Signed Tatenobu, which is the artist name of the Kano Eitoku(1815-1891).
There will probably be lightning and a storm raging in the scene where it depicts a person desperately holding onto a torn umbrella as he rushes forward across a bridge that looks like it is about to overflow with river water...

A Fine/Old Korean Landscape Painting with Two Scholars (山水人物圖) -19th C. :
Korea, Joseon dynasty, 19th century, anonymous artist.
Painted with a deep mountain and two scholars enjoying a nature,
and in ink and light color on paper.
It’s fair condition with some retouches and small part of upper left repaired,
it measures 40cm x 29.5cm painting only, or 51cm x 41cm overall.

Antique Chinese porcelain vase with a blue and white glaze made from ground cobalt. It has five ferocious dragons twisting around the body of the vase, with flames and puffs of smoke around the body. Double ring mark on bottom.

This interesting early 19th century Korean hand thrown blue and white vase is 9” high and 5” wide from the widest part. It depicts several plants and has texture style patterns in blue over the pale gray background. It is in excellent condition.
Antique Japanese round porcelain plate decorated with blue underglaze scene of two fish and underwater plants. The plate stands on a round foot and the underside is decorated with rings and scrolling flora in blue underglaze. A small gold kintsugi repair and kiri tomobako are evidence that this was a valuable and prized part of someone's collection years ago.

Sculpture of a long-nosed tanuki, walking with a hat on its back and a flask in its left paw. The piece is built around a large piece of root wood that comprises the torso, legs, the enlarged scrotum and tail. The head is a separate piece of root wood, the ears inserted. The sake flask is a small piece of root wood, and the hat is carved from a slab of a different wood species...

These 3 Japanese porcelain cups and saucers were hand painted with a delicate landscape scene. They are the matching set to the previously listed Japanese chocolate pot dealers number J157 or troc #1008113. Thought the set was made for chocolate, it can easily be used for tea.
