This thinly potted bowl stands out by its nice decoration, in particular by the delighful represented deer which is part of this decoration. Wonderful deep Cobalt blue. Ming Dynasty, Jiajing Period ( 1522 - 1566 ) Diameter : 11,1 cm. H: 5,4 cm. Condition : Perfect. There is a very very minute fritting to the rim which is quite normal for Jiajing pieces but there is no chip and no crack and there is a nice sound when tapped.
