A Very Rare/Fine Korean Total Blue Glazed Small Bottle-19th C.: Korea, Joseon period, 19th century. A small bottle of very fine and rare beautiful blue glazed, of compressed globular form set on a short ring foot with tall, cylindrical neck ending in a rolled lip, brushed overall with cobalt blue under fine and clear white glaze, the recessed base and inside of the moutn glazed white. It’s in very fine condition, it measure 10 cm x 7.5 cm (4” x 3”) respectably.

A Very Fine/Open Carved Solid Bamboo Brush Pot (Holder): Korea, Choson period, 19th Century, This is a solid bamboo brush pot decorated in open-work with cash patterns and carved with vertical ribs between two key fret bands, applied with a natural black tar wax on the body for protection, and with aged patina. Extr. Rare/Fine Royal Princess ’s Embroidered Flower Shoes: Korea, late Joseon dynasty This pair is an one of a kind of silk embroidered colorful multi-flower heads (so called (꽃신) and sprays design on the surfaces that is a very unusual and extremely rare shoes from the Joseon dynasty, the pair of shoes were considered the use for a Royal family’s princess at the Royal Palace. They’re in almost mint condition with a rarely use. It measures 22.5cm x 7cm (8.75” x2.25”).

A well-cast bronze figure of a squatting horned demon (oni), dating to the late Edo period. Arms outstretched, as if to grab something (or someone?). Strong, expressive facial features. Measures 4-1/2" in height. Affixed to a custom base, which adds another inch or so, for a total height of just under 6". Traces of pigment.

A Fine Korean Traditional Folk Art Tiger and Magpie Painting-19th C.: Korea, Joseon dynasty, late 19th century, Framed without glass. Painted in ink and color on paper with tiger and magpie on a branch of pine tree, a tiger positioned of listening a message from messenger, a magpie, with good news. It’s in fine condition but has a small stain on the upper left. It measures 89cm x 51cm (35” x 20”) painting only, or 101cm x 76cm (40” x 30”) overall.

A Korean blue and white porcelain water dropper. Cube form with bracket feet on the four corners, a spout along the top edge on one side, and a whole (for displacement) near center top. Painterly floral decoration within line border on the sides. Geometric flower head decoration on the top. Stable cracks, a couple surface chips, and loss to the spout. All dimensions about 2 1/4 inches (5.715 cm) except for the height which is about 2 1/8 inches (5.39 cm). Joseon dynasty.

Late 1700s / early 1800s

As with most blanc de chine figures, this piece was made in a press mold in two halves, then joined together with finishing touches added before the clay was dry. The face was molded separately then attached, and the hands and ribbon were modeled by hand. It is glazed overall except for the base with a pale blue-green tinged white glaze having a slight undulating texture. Guanyin is seated on a rock covered by her flowing robe on the back and sides...

Up on offer is this white and wonderful large Qing Dynasty Porcelain Guanyin. Wearing a long robe, leaning left hand on a beast stand, marked on the back the master's name He Chaozong.

It is in good condition with only some traces of its age. No chips, no cracks.
