This ceramic Colima warrior is 6" long. It is in perfect condition with no dings, restoration or repair. It is from the estate of the late Lynn Langdon. The figure was acquired in Mexico in the mid-20th century and is attributed to the Colima horizon, c.300BC-300AD. An unusual pair of hand embroidered Chinese silk pouches with auspicious symbols. The color contrast is stunning, each has its original silk tassels. These pouches also have their original drawstrings yet intact. These pouches may have been used for eyeglasses and /or general use. In excellent condition with only minimal fading, which is remarkable considering their age, the pouches measure 6" (15.2 cm) long. The tassels measure 5" (12.7 cm).

This porcelain ewer was produced in England by Coalport in the 1890s. The ewer measuresm7 1/8 inches tall and has a diameter of 3 1/4 inches. The ground color is cream with a hint of yellow. The glaze is very smooth and ivory-like. It is decorated with raised enamel beads or jewels. There are flower form ornaments with a tiny dot of turquoise in the middle. Swags of orange beads are joined together with raised gold ornaments. There is delicate gold decoration inside the mouth of the ewer...
Etruscan Bucchero oenochoe (wine-pitcher), c. 550 BC, thin-walled (sottile), probably from South Etruria. Burnished smooth with black-to-tan color added. Part of one handle and part of the lip reattached 12.75” (32 cm) tall. A small piece on the bottom wasn’t filled so that one can see inside the piece. It was low-fired and is much more fragile than a high-fired piece. Do not hold it by its handles.
This late 18th century South East Asian brown and olive pottery water dropper was made to look like a water buffalo. It is 2 ¼ inches tall and 2 ½ inches wide. The dark olive green glaze covers the entire body but the bottom. It is in good condition except for a few small chips.
19th century netsuke carved as a theatrical mask of a SHOJO - mythical creatures living near the sea who are particularly fond of sake. Wonderful quality carving on ichii (Japanese yew wood) with clever use of wood texture to add to the charm of the piece, that being typical for the Hida school of netsuke carvers. Very nice tranquil face, beautiful staining and patina, old losses by its left eyebrow and on the right upper side on the back as can be seen on photos...
This is a beautiful and rare original antique Japanese Polychrome Woodblock Print "Itsutomi" Ukiyo-e by Utagawa Toyokumi dated 1793 or 1795, Edo Period, depicting a beautifully dressed and elegant Lady with her Shamisen instrument on the floor. Calligraphy markings/seal. Overall in very good condition with very small inconsequential tear on the outside (right frame, see photo). Size: 15.5" x 10.25" (39.5 cm. x 26.5 cm). This Woodblock has now been framed under glass.
